• Our technology has lead to a monoglyceride %> 90%.
• (Co)Emulsifier with HLB of ± 5.0 and super emollient.
• Antibacterial properties; good performance on yeasts,moulds and gram +. Addition of a good chelant (EDTA) can increase the performance on gram -.
• Viscosity increasing in surfactant systems as hydrophobic thickener where combinations with eg CAPB are made.
