THESISThe Wagsmore is a mid-range pet-friendly hotel with a pet boarding and daycare center for cats and dogs. The guest rooms are pet-friendly so owners can have “family time” and rest with their pets. Since the facility also has a boarding facility it will allow traveling pet-owners, who do not take their pets with them on trips, to board their pets the duration of their trip. The design of the hotel incorporates whimsical silhouettes with classical finishes to create a luxurious atmosphere appropriate for both people and pets.

HospitalityZona Sur is an intimate Chilean bar and restaurant specializing in small tapas-style plates. The Zona Sur region of Chile, known for its natural beauty and natural resources, inspired the restaurant. The design of the space incorporates natural copper, rustic wood, and oxidized metal with the warmth of the color orange, which represents the volcanoes and the coolness of the color blue, which represents the ocean.
