Collarbone Breathing (Unscrambling & reorganizing)

Steps

1. Place two fingers 1 inch below collarbone and about 1 inch out from sternum (the breastbone) (acupressure point K-27).

2. Tap the back of your hand under the knuckle between the tendons of the 4th & 5th fingers continuously, while you:

a. Breathe normally b. Breathe in all the way c. Breathe out half way d. Breathe out all the way e. Breathe in half way f. Breathe normally

3. Repeat on other side of chest 4. Hide the thumb inside the fist and put knuckles on same spot 5. Repeat on other side of chest 6. Then repeat the whole sequence with the other hand while repeatedly tapping

the back of the hand. Note: This is an advanced technique. Try it when you have some time, as it can take about five – seven minutes or so to complete.

Purpose To correct reversals and reorganize ‘scrambled’ energy, to regain inner balance. Use when: • Feeling ‘stuck’ or ‘switched off’ • Feeling confused or disorganized Common experiences • Greater clarity • Feeling more connected • Feeling better left-right balance
