RouteOne System Enhancements - 2


We’ve enhanced the Canadian Credit Application to enable a better organized and cleaner application process for you.

Enhancements include lengthening the field label abbreviations, re‐ordering of some fields, and moving the ‘Additional Fields’ onto the main Credit Application. This allows for a consistent look and feel to the Credit Application throughout the RouteOne platform, and for you to complete actions in the Credit Application quicker and easier.

CAS: Updates to Credit Application – Canada Users Only



We’ve improved the search functionality within our SecureDocOne, electronic document storage tool, to enable a better organized and cleaner query process for you, as well as extending support for newer browser versions.

Now search results will display detailed columns which you may filter, sort and group based on individual column header.

Digital Retail: New Font Upload Feature Added to App

To improve the usability and functionality of our Digital Retail App, we’ve added the ability to upload a custom font for single dealer Digital Retail subscribers.

This new enhancement allows Digital Retail subscribers to customize their Digital Retail products by uploading and using your specified font.




Digital Retail: Salesperson Field EnhancementsIn our ongoing pursuit to continuously improve RouteOne’s Digital Retail, we’ve modified the Salesperson text field into a dropdown selection field and now have it mapped into the Sales Manager field in the RouteOne Deal Jacket.

Digital Retail: SIN Field Optional (Canada Users Only) Based on dealer feedback, we've enhanced RouteOne’s Digital Retail SIN field within the Canadian Online Credit Application tobe optional.

Now, the SIN field is no longer a required field for customers within the Canadian Online Credit Application when completing the online application process.




We've improved our Digital Retail Customer Quote functionality to enable you to configure defined credit score tiers and associated APRs and terms for the monthly payment quote feature.

Your customers now can create a more accurate monthly payment quote by having the ability to select their credit score to trigger your preferred APRs and terms for designated tiers.

eContracting: Change Finance Source Feature (CA & AZ)



We’ve enhanced our eContracting functionality to enable California (CA) and Arizona (AZ) eContracting dealers with the ability to Change Finance Source Pairings by LAW form.

eContracting dealers in the states of CA and AZ now have the ability to change the finance source after the Contract is signed, but before the Contract is distributed. Also, this enhanced feature allows you to submit Spot Buys electronically and get fundedfaster.


eContracting: Multiple Addendum Distributions



To improve the eContracting process, we’ve enabled functionality for dealers to send multiple addendum messages containing ancillary documents after a Held Response is received from a finance source.

You can now send multiple addendum messages if the finance source requests more documents after you distribute an addendum for a Held Contract. This eliminates the need to fax these additionally requested documents directly to the finance source. Currently this feature is available for SETF active dealers. We anticipate additional finance sources to be available soon.


Provider Network Integration: Fax Cover Sheet



We’ve enhanced our Provider Network to further improve the user’s experience by updating the Fax Cover Sheet to validate Aftermarket Contracts.

You will no longer have line items on the Fax Cover Sheet for Aftermarket documents that were electronically added to the Contract Package by the Provider Network.


Provider Network Integration: Premium Services



We’ve improved our Provider Network Integrations to allow you to select Third‐Party Integrators when booking your Aftermarket Products.

Your Dealership System Administrator (DSA) can select Third‐Party integrators from the list of available providers within the Admin Premium Services tab.
