together and baste or pin. When quilting is completed, trim excess batting and backing. Bind as usual.

7. Inner Border #2: Sew (1) H 1” x (60 ½”) border strip to each side of quilt center. Sew (1) H 1” x (45 ½”) border strip to the top and bottom of quilt center.
8. Outer Border: Sew (1) J 3” x (61 ½”) border strip to each side of quilt center. Sew (1) J 3” x (50 ½”) border strip to the top and bottom of quilt center.
QUILT ASSeMBLy:
5. Arrange and sew blocks into rows as shown in Quilt Diagram. Then sew ROw 1 to ROw 2 and so on.
BORDeR ASSeMBLy MEASURE WIDTH AND LENGTH OF THE QUILT TOP TO ENSURE BORDER SIZES, BELOW ARE OUR CUTTING SIZES.
6. Inner Border #1: Sew (1) A 2 ½” x (56 ½”) border strip to each side of quilt center. Sew (1) A 2 ½” x (44 ½”) border strip to the top and bottom of quilt center.

1. Draw a diagonal line on the wrong side of 1 A (2 1/2” x 2 1/2”) square. Place square, right sides together, on 1 B (2 1/2” x 4 1/2”) rectangle. Sew on drawn line. Trim 1/4” away from sewn line. Open and press to reveal corner triangle. Repeat with another A (2 1/2” x 2 1/2”) square at the other corner of the same B (2 1/2” x 4 1/2”) rectangle to complete (1) AB unit, as shown. Square to 2 ½” x 4 ½”. Make 4.

3. Sew the quarter units together as shown to complete 1 PINwHeeL BLOck. Square to 8 ½”. Make (3) ABF PINwHeeL BLOckS. Repeat steps to make (3) of each of the following blocks:

4. Draw a diagonal line on the wrong side of 1 A (2 1/2” x 2 1/2”) square. Place square, right sides together, at a corner of 1 J (8 1/2” x 8 1/2”) square. Sew on drawn line. Trim 1/4” away from sewn line. Repeat with 3 additional A (2 1/2” x 2 1/2”) squares on the remaining corners of the same J (8 1/2” x 8 1/2”) square to complete 1 SNOwBALL BLOck. Square to 8 ½”. Make 8 AJ BLOckS. Repeat steps using A 2 ½” squares and I 8 ½” squares to complete 9 AI BLOckS.
