Sautee one chopped onion and twominced garlic cloves for 5 minutes untiltranslucentAdd 1 lb ground lean turkey and seasonwith italian seasoning until brownAdd in 1 can of diced tomatoes andblack beans
Mix quinoa and turkey mixture andstuff into hallowed bell peppers; topwith mozzerella cheeseBake for 30 mins or until tender

Preheat large non-stick skillet to mediumheat, pour in sesame oil Sautée 1 diced onion until transparentAdd in frozen peas and carrots until thawed
