Overview: The ezScreen Launcher DNAapp allows users to launch screens from a slide out available at a central location (Edit Person / Edit Organization / Relationship Profile).

Key Benefits: The ezScreen Launcher DNAapp offers a user-friendly solution by allowing users to create custom screen groups and launch screens under those custom groups from a central location. This DNAapp offers:

User-friendly and easy steps to create a custom group and assign screen(s) to it.

Users can have multiple groups under same maintenance type category.

Easy to launch and update multiple screens from a central location.

This application provides the ability to launch screen(s) from a slide out based on the following required, predefined setup:

Assign Authorization

o EZLM – ezScreen Launcher Configuration authitem – This auth item should be

given to administrators and those individuals you wish to have access to

Create/Edit/Delete groups. EZLM allows access to the following screens:

a. ezScreen Launcher Configuration Screen

Group Setup

Slide out can have multiple groups listed and a group can be created from the following

location.

Navigation: System >> Institution >> ezScreen Launcher Configuration



o Create Group

On the Group Maintenance screen, Click Create

Enter a Group Name and Select the Maintenance Type. Select Close or Review

and then click Process.



If Clear is selected then the following error message shows up:

o Assign Screens

Once a group is created and categorized, screens can be attached to it. Navigate to

the enabled Select Screen tab to select screens under this newly created group.

Screens under available section are populated based on the maintenance type

selected for the group.

o Set Screen Sequence

Screen sequence can also be set in the Select Screens tab using the up and down

arrows. Once the sequence is set, Click Process

Newly created group shows up in the grid.

Processing: The ezScreen Launcher DNAapp can be accessed in DNA from the following locations: Edit Person Screen: Services >> Relationships >> Maintenance >> Person/Member >> ezScreen Launcher



Organization Screen: Services >> Relationships >> Maintenance >> Organization >> ezScreen Launcher

ezScreen Launcher DNAapp allows you to launch DNA screens from a custom slide out. Only the screens that attached to the selected group are visible on the slide out. The user can pin the slide out to the launch screen (Edit Person / Edit Organization / Relationship Profile) and then navigate through the screens under the selected group.



Please note if any of the launch screen (Edit Person / Edit Organization / Relationship profile screen) is a part of a group and the user is on that launch screen then that screen name won’t show up on the slide out. ezScreen Launcher activities are logged as EZLA activity type under SMNT activity category.

Screen Appearance: Group Maintenance

Field Description Group Name Displays the name(s) of the existing ezScreen Launcher group(s)

Maintenance Type Displays the maintenance type of the group either Person or Organization. Group(s) with Person Maintenance type will only be visible on the Edit Person screen slide out and on the Relationship Profile screen of a person while the Group(s) with Organization Maintenance type will only be visible on the Edit Organization screen slide out and on the Relationship Profile screen of an organization.

Group Name Name of the new ezScreen Launcher group to be created

Maintenance Type Maintenance type of the new group

Active Checkbox to make the group active or inactive.

Selected Selected screens attached to the group

Select This button is enabled when a screen is selected in the Available section and clicking this button moves the screen from Available to Selected.

Remove This button is enabled when a screen is selected in the Selected section and clicking this button moves the screen from Selected to Available.

Select All Clicking this button moves all the screens from Available to Selected. The button is disabled when there is no screen listed in the Available section.

Remove All Clicking this button moves all the screens from Selected to Available. The button is disabled when there is no screen listed in the Selected section.

Up Arrow Button to move the selected screen up in sequence

Down Arrow Button to move the selected screen down in sequence

Additional Requirements: Before executing this application, the Financial Institution requires the following prerequisites at their environment:

DNA 4.2.4 release or higher

Employees must have permissions set up for the EZLM – ezScreen Launcher

Configuration and TE – Transaction express authorization items to access the ezScreen

Launcher DNAapp.
