South, next to Hubbard Elementary. Spaces are very limited and assigned on a first come first

serve basis starting February 7th! Bring a completed registration form and a $85

non-refundable deposit to sign your child up for camp.

Payments accepted are: Cash or Check

After the non-refundable deposit of $85 is paid at the time of registration. The remaining balance

can be paid in the following way:

$80 by March 20, 2020

$80 by April 17, 2020

$80 by May 8, 2020

The balance must be paid in full by May 8th, 2020. There will be a non-refundable $25 fee on

all returned checks.

Cost of camp is $325 this cost includes

transportation, meals, and a t-shirt.

Safety measures are stressed; swimming is

supervised by certified lifeguards and adult leaders.

4‐H’ers are supervised by 4-H staff & background

checked adult leaders.

The cabins are nicely furnished with air

conditioning, bunk beds, & bathrooms.

Rock Eagle is located Eatonton, about an hour from

Forsyth.

We understand that the cost of camp can be

overwhelming for some. All registered campers

will have the opportunity to fundraise their way

to camp. 4-H’ers will have the chance to sell

Krispy Kreme certificates and participate in the

third annual mattress fundraiser to help offset the

cost of camp. Each camper will receive a

fundraising packet at the time of sign-up! While it

may not seem like much, each fundraisers can

add up fast! For example: each Krispy Kreme

certificate sold will raise $4. Let’s do a little

math…Cost of camp after $85 deposit = $240. $4

earnings for each certificate sold ÷ $240 = 60

certificates. Just by selling 10 certificates you can

save $40!

Refunds will only be given for the following rea-

sons: 1) Medical documentation due to illness/

injury, or 2) death in immediate family. Requests

must be in writing. No refunds will be given for “no

shows” or early departure from camp due to

homesickness, discipline, etc. No refunds will be

made until after the end of the 4-H camping season.
