• Excatavion side• Will be extended over the next production cylces• Bench hights 10.12 m with an over all slope

Angle of 45° and a face angle of 23°• Bench width is approx. 30 m to enable save

working space for heavy machinery• Rocktraps secure man and machinery from

potential rockfall – sufficient size

Sector 3 Hazards

• Dominant Joint intersect with blasting pattern• Secondary jointing runs 35° to it– This can cause smal scale wedges

• Water runoff can increase possible rockfall
