We revolutionize housing construction by manufacturing our factory-precision buildings offsite and deliver fully-fitted made-to-measure homes onsite thus, offering a faster, simpler and more cost-efficient solution in housing delivery for

private developers, housing associations as well as local authorities that are looking for a better and faster way to build.

At Quantum Evolve, we do more with less time.

We achieve this by completing our factory-precision buildings offsite at our factory, parallel, if not in advance to the completion of onsite ground work, effectively replacing the time-

consuming, traditional sequenced methods of construction.

For each of our project life cycle, from initial concept design and project planning through to procurement, logistics, construction, installation and handover, we adopt a hands-on approach to work proactively and collaboratively to meet our clients’ requirements.

A state of the art system that integrates steel frame structures with light weight wall panels, bathrooms and facade of building into a unified structure.

The Quantum Evolve System is a pre-engineered light-weight structural steel system designed with superior racking strength and interchangeable componentry for scalability into multi-storey structures. For simple and effective construction, the system utilizes autoclaved lightweight concrete panel system (“ALC Panels”). Produced with high precision, the ALC Panels exceed building regulation standards for structural, stability, thermal and acoustic insulation and resistance to corrosion.

From its inception, our homes are designed to minimize both maintenance and running costs.

We focus on sustainable design principles, balancing between efficiency, quality and creativity. These are reflected in our purposeful material choices and thoughtful detailing in creating modern functional spaces for our clients. Our interchangeable technology and system flexibility can be scaled from medium to high rise and from large to small aspect ratios, as needed. We work collaboratively with our clients at the early stage of the project to achieve optimum design and build solutions to fit the specific needs and requirements for each client and the scale of a project. We adopt a hands-on approach in project building and are fully involved throughout the life cycle of our projects besides sharing our expertise and experience including onsite evaluations and appraisals to assist our clients in planning ahead and incorporating optimum functionality in our design.

Our modules are fully manufactured offsite in a factory environment that ensures full quality control of the

building process besides eliminating variability of external factors as well as providing time and cost savings for projects

Our modular concept is based on volumetric production system. By fully completing the finished units offsite –all the way to the door knobs – we are able to deliver a time efficient and environmentally sustainable alternative compared to the conventional construction method.

Our facilities act as an extension of project site, providing greater precision, higher productivity and superior quality control in our building process. Our integrated approach in project delivery ensures seamless transition from manufacturing, delivery and installation, through forward planning and structured coordination of activities to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
