STEP-12.
BENEFITS OF TIME MANAGEMENT
Late comers are reduced and attainment of 100% results and attendance.
Self-confident, discipline is developed among every individual.
Students are self-motivated to develop their individual talents.
Shaped themselves to face realities and to overcome impedance in life.
The above benefits were obtained by effective utilization of
TATA forum by students. They put forth their full-fledged involvement and commitment in both academic and extra curricular activities.
TANGIBLE BENEFITS
TATA forum has reduced the number of persons without time-management to 4 persons.
Hospital Van facility has reduced the number of students suffering from inadequate bus facility to 1 person.
Students with frequent locked-ups have overcome this situation by developing their extra-curriculars and reduced to 3 persons.
INTANGIBLE BENEFITS
Unity, co-ordination and IPR is noticed among
students.
Students started updating their knowledge by
sharing information among friends.
Professionalism was enlightened.
Self-confidence, self-motivation and decorum
was developed in students.
Students participation and strength to face
realities increased.
SPECIAL GAINS TO STUDENTS
We received special appreciation from our
lecturers and principal for maintaining discipline
and achievement of 100% result.
We personally got impressed by seeing our
friends and competitively ripened.
Management also kindly endorsed our noble
idea by which students who lacked attendance
percentage was tallied by considering TATA
forum.
Students extra-curricular ’s were recognized and
published in our college journal (Magizhchi).
CONCLUSION
“Time is what we want most, but what we
use worst.”
TATA forum will work continuously to
reduce this problem and develop our
Future Managers.
