Probing distinguishesProbing distinguishes

Probing distinguishes the trained interviewer from

untrained.

The untrained interviewer has the tendency to think ahead,

to think of the next question in the guide, hurrying to move

on.

The trained interviewer listens attentively to each answer, to

evaluate if the answer is adequate. If the answer is not

adequate, the interviewer thinks, in a few seconds, about the

possible cause and asks a good question to get more precise

and complete information.
