PARETO ANALYSIS

In present era where competitive pressure among the employees is high the condition which persists is that there are larger number of employers for a particular post rather than the vacancy.

COMMUNICATION WITH SUPERVISORS:

Due to either introvert nature or because of lack of clear understanding, employees find it difficult to communicate with their supervisors which directly or indirectly affect their work.

Due to inflation employees need to stretch their dollar further to buy higher-priced goods and services. Not only must employees deal with stagnant wages but also high costs for health insurance. The stress of paying bills with limited income causes many workers to feel dissatisfied with their jobs.

BENEFITS True' perks have little or no cash value or tax implications and may include

company car, vacations, reserved parking space, spacious office, private dining and washroom facilities, etc.

While working in the job , people commonly are unsatisfied by the lesser perks which affect their financial growth

LACK OF INTEREST: Today everyone focus on getting best job suited according to their interest but because

of getting less opportunity in that particular field they are forced to work in the places where they don’t have interest and so they are unsatisfied.

A lack of career growth and advancement is another reason why workers are dissatisfied at their jobs. Employees who feel stuck in their job position are less motivated to maintain high productivity than those who do not. Workers feel valued when employers include them in their long-term plans and show their appreciation through promotions. Employees who move up in an organization and receive just compensation to reflect their title and responsibility changes usually commit themselves to the company for the long term.

Poor management can ruin even the most passionate and well-paid employees love for their job i.e. if the boss doesn’t directs their employers with frank nature , then job becomes headache.

WORK LOAD: Inspite of the fixed working hours in every sought of job , employers now a days are

burdened with so much work that they are forced to work extra ,hence they feel that their job is a hectic work for them.
