The Power of the Push-up
We will instruct the students how to develop incredible power by using one's own bodyweight with the Push-up. Often relegated to a simple warm-up callisthenic, the Push-up possesses incredible
power building potential. We'll cover some of the most potent variations.
Performance: Most people do not perform Push-ups properly. They flare their elbows, overload their shoulders and drop into the movement. To perform properly, you must engage your lats, twist
your palms into the floor and perform an active negative on the decent.
