GOALs:• Increase wins in dual meets to instill confidence.• Beat IUPUI, Eastern Illinois and South Dakota at the Summit League Conference Championship.

teAM phILOsOphY:“From what I observed out of them, their philosophy is trying to be a tight knit group and have fun, but also knowing when to play and when to work,” Naumann said. “They usually end every workout, whether they’re in the weight room, at the pool early in the morning or in the afternoon, just com-ing together and summing up how practice went for that specific session. As they go through the warm up phases and the workout itself, they’re trying to have a good time while doing it, but they’re also getting up and racing one another trying to see who the fastest person is out there. It’s been fun to watch.”

teAM strenGths:Men: Diving, sprint group and longer distance events.Women: Sprint group and middle distance stroke groups.“Our versatility is going to be our biggest asset as we go into dual meets,” Naumann said.

teAM CAptAIns:Men: Senior Brandon Wilkinson and juniors Jack Killheffer and Bart PienkowskiWomen: Seniors Shawn Fitzpatrick and Jamie Grau
