Band Class 14 (i.e., 700 MHz) marketplace?

ANIL BAROT, Vice-President for Business Development at Wavesat, oversees
sales and marketing efforts with 4G service providers, end user device manufac-
turers and channeipartners around the globe, and works closely with Wavesat's
engineering and product development teams'
sTACEy BLACK is vice-President for strategic Products at AT&T Mobility'
DON BRITTINGHAM is Vice-President, Wireless Public Policy for Verizon Com-
munications. He has public policy planning responsibilities for a variety of tele-
communications policy areas that affect Verizon and its affiliates inclu&ng wire-
less, spectrum, and emergency communications'
CHARLES DOWO is a 30-year veteran and Deputy chief of the New York Police
Department. He is commanding officer of the Department's communications
Division and represents the Public Safety Alliance, a Partnership organization
operated by APCO International.
JOHN GOOrnEy is Vice President, Government and Public Affairs, at Samsung
Inlormation Systems America, Inc.
JEFF GORDO^- is the chiefTechnology officer of SyniverseTechnologies.
Joe HnNr-ev is vice-President-Teclmology, Planning, and Services for Tele-

BLI- MRHEU was a member of the San Diego Police Departrnent for 28 years'
He retired from the department in January 2008 to join Qualcomm's Govern-
ment Technologies team as a senior manager responsible for Strategic Develop-
ment,
DR. DrNr..rs MARTINEZ is vice-President of Broadband and cellular Solutions,
Public Safety and Professional Communications in the RF Communications Di-
vision of the Harris CorPoration.
HnRlrN MCEWEN is Chairman of the Public Safety Spectrum Trust, a non-profit
corporation comprising representatives of fifteen national public safety organi-
zations. ln 2OO7 the Tiust was granted an exclusive nationwide license for the

MATHEw OoMMEN, Vice-President, Technology Development / CTO, Sprint, is
responsible for driving the network and systems architecture, device/chipset-
ecosystem development, and emerging business and service models in collabo-
ration with Sprint's partners and customers.
NEVILLE RAY is responsible for the management of the national T-Mobile net-
work in the US, covering in excess of 260M pops, serving 32 million customers,
and encompassing 43,000* cell site facilities.
PATRTK fuNcqvlsr isVice-President for Mobile Broadband at Ericsson, Inc.
GRrc SprRrltAN leads the Marketing unit for the sale of Sierra Wireless air
cards to and through wireless carriers worldwide.
CHRIS STARK is the head of North American Market Business Development forNokia-Siemens Networks.
PRur SrerNsrRG, a Motorola Fellow, focuses on networks and enterprise wire-Iess infrastructure architecture.
DR. BYUNG K. YI, Senior Executive Vice-President of LG Electronics, is cur-
rently working on technology assessment and development for LGE Mobile
company. His responsibilities include fourth Generation Wireless Communica-
tion systems.

MoncnN WRIGHT is the Vice-President, Global Public Safety Segment, End-to-End Long Term Evolution (4G) for Alcatel-Lucent. He is responsible for devel-
oping solutions and strategies to deploy public safety networks throughout the
world.
