Proposal: Implement a system of technology, with mobile technology that allows the user to detect parking places available on places close to their destiny. The same technology will made possible for the electronic payment to hold a parking place for a certain time.
Justification: 40% of the time cars circulate are searching for parking space.
PPPs for implementation: For the correct implementation of such a project its necessary to do it with an PPPs approach. The PPPs would incorporate the local Mexico City government that will put forward the permissions and the private sector the investment with a 50/50 revenue agreement.
The PPPs Solves The Following: First it will lower the risk by the public sector sharing with the private sector. Secondly it will increase overall investment through a high return opportunity to the private investor and at the same time will have a positive social return improving the lives of both car owners and people who move on public transportation.
