($200,000) to meet DOT regulations for sale of seats to the public.

• Regulatory conformance– DOT legal counsel on retainer in Washington, DC to assure federal

regulatory compliance.

Charter Tools

• Escrow Bank.– Regulations require that all passenger funds be held in a federally

approved escrow bank. AAI uses the National Bank of the Midwest headquartered in Michigan which specializes in charter flights.

• Merchant Account– AAI has credit card processing for major track programs with

authorization of $10 million per month in transactions by phone or over the web.

• Operator participant contract– AAI customizes passenger terms and conditions to be specific to your

program and in compliance with DOT regulations.• Marketing.

– AAI has experience in launching turn-key advertising and marketing campaigns for new air only and/or vacation tour packages.
