PTM 220e Automotive Actuator Test System

A system designed for bench testing of the various types of actuators found on modern motor vehicles. The 220e enables test and evaluation of a whole range of products, these include:-

• Throttle Bodies

• Idle Valves

• EGR Valves

• Diesel shut-off/Air control valves.

• Solenoids

• Motor Drives (including those with integrated servo sensors)

• Sensor Signal Analysis

Also with added external adaptors can be used to test:-

• Ignition Coils

• Air Mass Meters

• Motor torque measurement.

• Can generate test signals for stimulation of components such as instruments, ABS systems etc.

220e Test System Features

• The system is self contained and just needs a Monitor , Mouse and Keyboard.

• It enables manual testing and automatic test sequences to be simply implemented.

• Pass fail conditions can be set for simple Go-No-Go tests.

• Results can be captured in report form or as graphical images.

The option of saving to a computer network or over the internet is also possible.

• Windows based operating system which allows for integration with other Windows compatible software ,

e.g. results and graphs can be dropped into a Word Document or Excel Spreadsheet

• Can rapidly be reconfigured for different product types and software templates are available

for most commonly encountered components.

• Low cost bench mounted system with the ability to add a plug-in module for the addition

of customised measurement requirements.
