    Graham is a fully registered organizationalpsychologist and executive director ofPsyAsia International. His PhD thesisconcentrated on psychometric assessmentwith particular emphasis on the validity ofinternational and local models ofpersonality in Asia. Previously an MBAlecturer for the UKs University of LeicesterDubai Campus and currently a visitinglecturer for Asian universities (teachingMSc HRM), Graham spends most of his timeinvolved in training and consultancy inorganizational psychology. He is a jointresident of Singapore and Hong Kong. He isa full member of the Australian and BritishPsychological Societies and his researchwith psychometric tools has been

    recognised by the British PsychologicalSociety with their prestigious prize forScientific Contribution to OrganizationalPsychology. Graham is also an AssociateFellow of the Hong Kong PsychologicalSociety and a member of the Hong KongInstitute for HRM. He continues to beinterested in assessment and selectionresearch and his research has beenpublished in international peer-reviewedand professional journals. He is a reviewerfor the Journal of Personality & IndividualDifferences and the annual SIOPConference in the USA, as well as asupervisor for intern psychologists fromAsian and Australian Universities.     IntroductionPsyAsias 6-day Psychometric Assessment at Work Course provides delegates with a firmgrounding in the competent application of psychometric ability and personality tests. Competent

    use and understanding of the principles underlying these assessments is so important thatPsyAsia International does not allow access to them without this or a similar qualification. Beone of the few people in Asia to posses this level of competence in psychometric assessmentand help us to set the bar higher for ethical and best practice use of tests. The course is run astwo levels and most delegates will attend the combined Level 1 and 2 course. Note however,that you must attend Level 1 before attending Level 2.

    Who is this course for?This course is for human resource and training professionals, managers, facilitators, counsellorsand psychologists with a good understanding of English as well as an ability to assimilate new(sometimes technical) information without too much difficulty. Previous courses have welcomed

    After the courseSuccessful delegates who complete the various parts of the course will be able to apply to theBritish Psychological Society's Occupational Testing Qualifications: Level 1 Assistant Test UserQualification and the Level 2 Test User Ability & Personality Qualifications. They will also be able

    to appear on the societys Register of Qualifications in Test Use for an additional annual feepayable to the BPS.

    PsyAsia will provide all successful delegates with an online psychometric account area wherethey may administer, score and manage the Identity Personality Test, and to get you started, youwill receive credits for 5 free reports.     LEVEL 1: ASSISTANT TEST USER & LEVEL 2: TEST USER ABILITY3 Day Course

    PurposeDelegates will benefit from understanding and using occupational tests to assist with theirwork in recruitment, selection, staff development, training, coaching and counselling.

    DescriptionNo exams, no lengthy pre- or post-course work. Delegates receive their qualificationshortly after the course and can then apply for the BPS Certificate. The first day is Level1, the Test Administration component. The remaining 2 days focus on psychometric

    concepts within ability testing. Delegates benefit from exposure to a wide range of testsfrom different test publishers and will gain experience in test administration, choice oftests, scoring, interpretation, feedback, etc. Interactive sessions, supportive tutoring andcase studies make the course an informal and hands-on approach to learning.

    LEVEL 2: TEST USER PERSONALITY3 Day Course

    PurposeDelegates will benefit from understanding and using personality questionnaires to assist withtheir work in recruitment, selection, staff development, training, coaching and counselling.

    DescriptionThis is a professionally recognised course, which follows the British Psychological Societyguidelines for the Level 2 Test User Personality Qualification. Delegates receivecomprehensive training in the theory and application of personality instruments. The coursewill focus primarily on the Identity personality questionnaire and will also introducedelegates to other leading instruments e.g. Saville Consulting Wave, OPQ, 16PF andthe Apollo Profile.

    Delegates are trained in personality theory, the latest research findings in personalityassessment, and technical appreciation of personality questionnaires.
