All of the dates for examinations given are provisional start dates and are listed as week

commencing. This does not mean that all the exams will start on the Monday of each week

Candidates for the Honour School of Physiological Sciences take the Preliminary Examination in

Physiological Sciences only if they are not medical students.

If they are medical students they take the First BM examination, Part I in their third term and Part II in their

fifth term from matriculation and then, the Honour School in Medical Sciences. A candidate who has passed

at least three subjects in the First BM examination is deemed to have passed the First Public examination.
