To elect one Trustee of the Provincial Benevolent Fund. The only nomination received is Richard Higginson. 22. To approve the appointment of BSG Valentine Accountants Ltd. as account examiners of the Provincial Benevolent Fund.

23. To approve a donation of £5,000 to the personal list of the Provincial Grand Master for Sussex in support of the 2019 Mark Benevolent Fund Festival. 24. To appoint and invest the Deputy Provincial Grand Master. 25. To appoint and invest the Assistant Provincial Grand Masters. 26. To appoint and invest the Provincial Grand Officers for the year. 27. Presentations. 28. The Provincial Grand Master will address Provincial Grand Lodge. 29. To take a collection in aid of Provincial Benevolent Fund. 30. Freemasons’ Hall is situated in Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5AZ. The nearest underground stations are Holborn and Covent Garden. CAR PARKING The nearest car park is an NCP facility located in Parker Street. If you travel by car, you will be liable for the congestion charge for driving in Central London.

TEMPLE SEATING Seating plans for the Dias will be posted at various points. Brethren to be invested will have seats allocated and will be advised of their seat numbers.
