PPG RUSTY ZONE DRILLING

•  Three holes at Rusty to

test mineralization seen

at the surface.

•  Objective to define the

potential of this 2011

discovery.

11

Rusty Discovery 37.8 m at 4.2 g/t Au from the surface

PPG RUSTY ZONE 2012 DRILLING

12

Typical mineralized breccia

•  Mineralized zone at least 100 m wide.

•  Strike length of at least 250 m.

•  Rusty Zone is open to the north, south and at depth.

Page 13: Prosperity Goldfields - Defining Nunavut's Newest Gold Camp

TSX.V

PPG KIYUK EXPLORATION

•  All of the prospects identified to

date are from boulders left behind

by the last ice sheet.

•  There may well be other gold

showings not yet discovered.

.

13

Canada blanketed by an ice sheet 20,000 years ago.

Page 14: Prosperity Goldfields - Defining Nunavut's Newest Gold Camp

TSX.V

PPG KIYUK EXPLORATION

•  Previous prospecting and mapping had not covered the entire property.

•  Notwithstanding early prospecting had found a lot of mineralized boulders.

PPG SUMMER 2012 EXPLORATION, TILL SAMPLING

15

•  The 558 till samples is the first property wide geochemical program undertaken.

Till Sampling

Page 16: Prosperity Goldfields - Defining Nunavut's Newest Gold Camp

TSX.V

PPG PROPERTY WIDE SAMPLING RESULTS, Au

16

•  Rasmussen is a new drill ready target. •  Property wide till sampling identified other areas warranting follow up. •  Prospecting/Mapping returned samples up to 25 g/t Au.

Page 17: Prosperity Goldfields - Defining Nunavut's Newest Gold Camp

TSX.V

PPG SUMMER PROGRAM, GRID GEOCHEMISTRY

17

•  Two grids, Rusty and Amundsen

•  100 x 50 m sampling

Page 18: Prosperity Goldfields - Defining Nunavut's Newest Gold Camp

TSX.V

PPG GRID SAMPLING RESULTS, AU

18

•  Three new targets identified by grid till sampling.

•  These new targets in the core prospective area.

Samples ready for shipment

Page 19: Prosperity Goldfields - Defining Nunavut's Newest Gold Camp

RUSTY GRID SAMPLING RESULTS, AU

•  Sampling confirmed the magnitude of Rusty Zone making it a priority target for 2013 drilling.

•  The summer work

revealed satellite targets needing further investigation

RUSTY GOLD GRAIN ANALYSIS

•  Abundant pristine gold grains, total of 926, in a sample 400 m down ice from drilling indicates south-ward extension to identified mineralisation.

•  Pristine gold grains one kilometer further down ice suggest additional mineralisation at Rusty.

Page 21: Prosperity Goldfields - Defining Nunavut's Newest Gold Camp

COBALT GOLD GRAIN ANALYSIS

•  Abundant pristine and modified gold grains suggest proximal hard rock mineralisation not discovered by previous drilling.

TSX.V

PPG 2013 WINTER DRILL PROGRAM – RUSTY ZONE

22

•  4000 meter two-drill program to commence March 2013

•  Focus on expansion and definition of Rusty Gold Discovery

•  Location and orientation of target holes based on previous drilling, ground magnetics and gold grain analysis

•  Abundant gold grains in till with pristine shapes (close to source) suggest southward extension of mineralization

Drilling at Rusty Zone

TSX.V

PPG 2013 WINTER DRILL PROGRAM – COBALT AND AMUNDSEN

23

•  Drilling at Cobalt will test an undrilled area

•  Cobalt target directly up-ice of a till sample with highly anomalous number of pristine gold grains and several mineralized boulders with grades up to 14 g/t Au.

•  Drilling at Amundsen will test for an extension to surface and along strike of the known gold mineralization

TSX.V

PPG 2013 WINTER DRILL PROGRAM – BANCROFT AND RASMUSSEN

24

•  Bancroft and Rasmussen new showings identified in 2012

•  Gold values found in till at Bancroft are higher than at Rusty

•  New gold grain results show a high proportion of pristine gold grains supporting the interpretation of local bedrock source at Bancroft

•  The Rasmussen showing is defined by gold mineralization in frost heaved boulders which are interpreted to have undergone minimal transport

•  Gold values from boulders at the Rasmussen showing range from 0.1 to 6.9 g/t Au.
