APPLICATION

Replace GI Roofing Sheets with roofing tiles

Roof tiles reduces 70% of heat transfer compared to other roofing materials It is also porous that allow airflow through the ceiling It is recycled from disposed concrete

Provide adequate light and ventilation in every space as much as possible (excluding the storage) Replace conventional light bulbs with LED (Light Emitting Diode)

LED light bulbs can last at least 50,000 hours and it has the longest lifespan among light bulbs It is expensive on the initial cost but it is energy efficient on long-term use

Provide a green faade

It serves as an instant insulator and at the same time it blocks the heat directing to the concrete wall

Provide a backyard garden thats useful to for growing vegetables and fruits

Extend the firewall height to make it as a wind catcher

Replace Vinyl tiles with Cork Tiles

Vinyl tiles are made of plastic which is detrimental to our health. Cork tiles are recycled from cork fibres and it has a simple installation and doesnt need adhesives anymore.

Replace existing fixtures with low consumption fixtures
