Proposal Statement I Susan Vigolo, owner and operator of Scissor Sister propose to relocate my existing hairdressing and small beauty salon, from 595 Beaufort street MtLawley to 216 Stirling street Highgate. I run a boutique business that specializes in individual client attention. Staff 2 full time which includes myself 1 part time We mainly work with one client at a time each. Our appointment time vary from a 30min hair cut to a 2 to 3hour colour and cut service. Depending on the client and the service they are having will depend on how many clients will be in the salon at any one time. Max clients at any time 4. Trading days will be 5 or 5 1 / 2 day a week. Tuesday 9t05 / Wednesday 9 to 8 /VEJ Thursday 9 to 8 Friday 9 to 6 Saturday 9to5 Sunday 10to4 Equipment will be standard hairdressing and beauty equipment Parking Myself and staff 1 parking at the back of the shop in car bay on sight. Parking Myself and staff 1 parking at the back of the shop in car bay on sight. For me I work the most hours. Full timer will be applying to get a parking bay at Scope Property Group Parking 190-192 Stirling St. Part timer and customers will use free street, paid metred parking and free and paid car park parking. Or may come with public transport (Bus) which is only 300mt away on Beaufort St.

Clients will be able to walk from there home, use bus there is a stop only 300mt away on Beaufort St, Bike as there is a cycle path out the front and they

can put their bike at the back of the salon behind a gate that has a pin code lock. Car parking is available as there are 8 free 2hour bays out the front on Stirling st, 16 free 3hour bays on the side of on Brewer st, Paid car park on the corner of Stirling and Brisbane streets, from 7am to midnight which has 1 hour free then $2.70 per hour. Coin, credit card or tap and go and can add time. This is about 200mt. Paid car bays in the centre of Stirling St there is lots of 9 bays in each section cost $2.80 per hour. Coin, credit card or tap and go and easy park app. There are about 6 sections, and each Section has 9 bays.

Scissor Sister is currently located at Shop 9 595 Beaufort street Mtlawley and there is on free parking, so our current clients and staff are used to paying for parking now. So, the parking options in Stirling Street is easier and more choose available.

Some of our existing customer live in the area so no parking will be required. We aim to attract even more clients that live locally.

Signage I propose to put a sign with salon name (Scissor Sister) and our phone number and trading hour in the window on Stirling street, use an A frame and flag outside of the shop. Also, a couple of posters in some of the windows.
