Is wifdely used throghout Asia as a greeting or farewell meeting, usually taken as an

expressions . good wishes. It aslo represents the belief that each of us us has a divine spark within them located in the heart chakra. In

simplestterms, is taken as a humble hello comes out straight from the heart, far from every evil

thought.

Shall be made together both palms usually the chest (posic. Anjali), or a little above and below the chin in front of the heart, and bowed his heads slightly. This gesture is a mudra, a symbolic position of the hands widespread in eastern religions. One hand represents higher nature, spiritual, while the other represents the worldly ego. The

slope inclination is symbolic of love and respect.
