They have to equip their existing people withproject management knowledge and competency for that matters.

Our Project Management For Non Project Management program is theanswer to this challenge. Our program is designed to help non-project-background professionals to understand project management and itsmethodology. Help them exercise and grasp the concept and toolsprovided for them to use.

This program has been delivered to many professionals in Indonesiafrom various backgrounds and positions. People with limited projectmanagement experience and understanding so they can work andcommunicate in a common language.

Our PM For Non PM program will use the latest version of globallyrecognized project management standard; Project Management Body ofKnowledge (PMBOK® Guide) from Project Management Institute(PMI)®, USA.

Program DescriptionProject Management For Non-PM (2 Days)

It is expected that they will be getting the project managementknowledge and practices, this approach will ensure that all participantswill have common project management language with other PMprofessionals from all around the world.

In this 2-days workshop, participants will do exercises and havediscussions in managing their project and in their last day of workshopthey will present and discuss their own project assignment. They willalso get the benefit of 12 months access to our DCOValley systemwhere they can learn more about project management.

After this workshop, the participants will:• Have and understand the project management common language.• Be able to manage their departmental project or their organization’s

project.• Be able to adapt and to actively engage in project management

setting and practice.• Be able to apply some tools and techniques of managing project.• Be able to use knowledge from this workshop to pursue project

management certification issued by PMI® such as CAPM®.
