Overview
The 2-Day Workshop on Project Management Essentials is intended to equip
participants with knowledge of project management principles that are critical in
ensuring high value projects are identified and executed by the organizations
they represent.
Participants will be taken through concepts, principles and processes in project
management based on the Project Management Institute (PMI) standards for
project management and global best practices by the presenter who has over 29
years’ experience in developing and leading the execution of multi sectoral
projects in several countries across the world.
At the end of the workshop, the participants will have an appreciation of the
skills, competencies and key behaviours required in a project setting to ensure
successful identification, execution and completion of value adding projects that
are aligned to the organizations strategic plans.”
