Rising Middle Class: The Asian Century has startedAsia is considered the growth engine of the world

economy in the 21st century. As an export mar-

ket, the continent is gaining in importance for

Swiss SME as well. Currently, about 25% of Swiss

exports are directed to Asian countries. That is

just the tip of the iceberg. The two-day event

“S-GE IMPULSE: ASIA” featuring inspiring testi-

monials and experts as well as hands-on advice

by our consultants provides exporters with unique

insights into business opportunities on all key

markets in Asia.

Access to the most attractive growth markets in Asia is of increasing importance for Swiss SMEs. As the new heavyweight in the global economy, Asia has companies. Unlike in Europe and North America, Asian often boast a GDP growth rate of more than 5 % annually. A demand for quality goods with a Swiss reputation is becoming stronger accordingly.

“S-GE IMPULSE: ASIA”The “S-GE IMPULSE: ASIA” event has been held annually since 2014, reflecting the attention this growing economic region deserves. With recent informa-tion, tailored consulting and networking opportunities, Switzerland Global Enterprise is looking to help open up new markets, highlight specific business opportunities and motivate entrepreneurs to take advantage of the potential within the Asian markets.

The second “S-GE IMPULSE: ASIA” on June 23 and 24 at the GDI Rüschlikon will be dedicated to the “Rising Middle Class: The Asian Century has started” and is going to show captivating and surprising real-life examples of success-ful Swiss companies from India to Malaysia, China or Japan. Participants will obtain first-hand information directly from our Swiss Business Hub directors. Exciting success story films are going to complement expert speeches and entrepreneur panel discussions.

THE 2015 PROGRAM FEATURES THE FOLLOWINGAmong others, these are some of the key topics which will be covered: · Optimization of your value chain · Entry strategies to conquer growth markets · Importance of existing and potential savings of pending Free Trade Agreements

· First hand experience reports and practical tips from SME · Heads of Swiss Business Hubs share unique insights of their “home market”
