The objective of this program is to assist in the development of the next generation of HARDI executives through access to learning & networking platforms. With these platforms, Emerging Leaders can solidly develop core skills, expand networking options, associate with industry leadership, and expand their business horizons. An Emerging Leader is any employee of a distributor or supplier member who has been recognized as having the talent and potential to someday advance to the executive level of the organization. Sometimes, as in the cases of family-owned companies, this is the next generation owner. Other times this is an unrelated (but still highpotential) individual who is on the way to the top. The Emerging Leaders meet twice a year to fine-tune and develop their executive skill sets, take part in mentoring discussions and network with other future industry leaders. The program focuses on 6 different executive themes, rotating every event (fully completing a rotation every 3 years). An Emerging Leader can graduate in 3 years by completing the following requirements: *Due to assessment costs, there is a $300 fee to enroll in the graduation program. 2018 EMERGING LEADERS EVENTS SELF-LEADERSHIP LEADING TEAMS LEADING THE ORGANIZATION FINANCIALS & PROFITABILITY STRATEGIC PLANNING FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP EVENT TOPICS WHO IS AN EMERGING LEADER?
