Quite often, we’re told how our standard practice - something we take for granted - is in fact anything but standard. That said, we thought we’d mention a few of our essential traits that you should - but may not be - already used to from your recruiter.

Shortlists that stay short - We don’t carpet bomb CVs - never have, never will. We interview all our candidates for you to create genuine shortlists (usually 3 CVs), taking you straight to the top of the talent pile.

Communication you can hear - Where possible, we’d rather speak than type and prefer to listen than read. Because better communication means better outcomes. So whether we’re taking a brief, providing insights or feedback, we’ll try to do so directly with you, before we resort to email or voice messages.

Genuine interest - We only employ consultants who naturally adopt their clients’ and candidates’ needs as if they were their own. This means we always look for the best - rather than the simplest - solution.

The long haul - We’re not happy unless our partnerships pass the test of time. Getting you to view us as a direct extension of your business doesn’t happen overnight, it takes years to achieve. And that’s our goal.
