This team is supervised in real time by a Functional Expert or a Manager-level professional, who is also designated as single point of contact for the client. For payroll services, we suggest an offsite outsourcing model which is cost effective for the client.

Assign a team for executing Client’s work in an offsite environment

We use our own software to process the payroll.

Update the master record of existing employees. For

new employees, HR informs us about the

salary detail

Receipt of investment declaration form of

employees

Inspect reimbursement detail which are submitted by an agreed date of next

month.

We retrieve pay days detail and any other

variable data from HR

Process monthly salary and prepare bank advice

for online transfer .

Send salary slip to each employees through e-mail

Prepare PF, ESI & TDS challan online.

Settle full and final cases as per the company policy and in co-ordination with

HR

Reply employees queries with in 24-48 hours

through a dedicated e-mail id.

Prepare quarterly TDS return

Chandan has rich experience in the fields of Finance & Taxation. He leads the Business Development function at BC. In addition,

Chandan, a specialist in taxation law, also heads the Knowledge Management Function.

Chandan has previously worked as Head of Finance with an affiliate of Halliburton Energy Services Inc, U.S.A. He has also worked

with a representative firm of Moore Stephens, UK, a leading accounting firm in Europe.

Chandan is a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Kirori Mal College (KMC),

Delhi University.

Gaurav Mehrotra

Chief Operating Officer

Gaurav is a seasoned professional in the fields of Finance & Accounts. Presently, he leads the Operations at BC. Gaurav has been

instrumental in designing accounting processes and has assisted many clients in making a successful transition from in-house

accounting to full length outsourcing.

Previously, he worked in the representative firm of the global network of Hawath International, U.S.A., and with Moore Stephens,
