Professional Engineering Services: We have Licensed StructuralEngineers on staff, along with full me CAD Designers/Dra ers. Ourlicensed so ware/subscrip ons include Bentley Ram Elements(Structural FEA), Codeware Compress for Vessels (FEA), Loseke Preci-sion Plus, AutoDesk Inventor, AutoDesk AutoCAD. Services includevessel design, slug catcher design, structural mezzanines-pla orms-pipe bridge design, exis ng structural analysis, custom rigging design,and crane retro fit design. Vessels/Mechanical Piping: ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1/ API 1104 Code work: We produce largevessels, slug catchers, compression spools, pig receivers/catchers. We hydro test systems in-houseup to 6000 PSI.

Industrial/Commercial Concrete Founda on/Slabs: We have installed numerous large ma-chine mills (with caissons and auger cast piles) with con nuous pours that have exceeded 1000yards, and con nuous 50,000 SF single laser screed slab on-grade pours.

Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings: Crane and warehouse buildings. We can design unlimited area,to 60’ high, with 200’ clear span. We have designed and fabricated modular compressor sounda enua ng structures. On our structures, Steelcon provides the engineering and primary structure,while Metal Sales provides the secondary structure (Z’s and C’s), siding and trim. We are also a STARauthorized distributor.

Under the hook li ing devices: We have designed and fabricated simple single spreader bars, tocomplex adjustable 70 ton and higher.

Industrial Doors-Crane Doors (large hydraulic and swinging): We have designed-fabricated-installed large hydraulic crane doors to allow overhead crane runway systems to travel to outsidethe building shell (50’ + clear spans, and large swinging doors, 25’+ high). We have also designedlarge rolling track doors.

Crane Systems: We design, fabricate, and install free-standing crane systems, ed back crane sys-tems, and retrofit crane systems. We are an authorized fabricator/installer for Kone Cranes. Wealso do crane re-spanning.

Rebar packages: We can easily process orders up to and including #8 bar. We buyrebar by the semi load.

Weld manipulator-oscillator: We can design and fabricate to your specifica onsmanipulators and oscillators or our portable 7’ arm, 300 lb. capacity.

Tanks-Silos: We have designed and built several tanks / silos.

Conveyors-Material handling: We have designed and built numerous materialconveying systems for the coal industry.

Industrial Duct Work: We have designed and manufactured large industrial ducts (0.375” plate),material chutes, high temperature expansion joints.

Mezzanines-Pla orms-Bridges-Wind Generator Towers: We have designed and built numer-ous pla orms/mezzanines, pipe bridges. We have also fabricated-installed wind generator towers.
