Proef International covers all Proef Group companies which operate across borders in assortedactivities that characterize us. The main countries where the Group has been developing someactivities are: Morocco, Brazil, Angola, Mozambique, South Africa and Spain .

100% owned by Proef, SGPS, S.A., Proef International operates in areas such as Electricity,Telecommunications and Renewable Energies, providing services of recognized quality whichenvelop the entire value chain.

Its main action principle is the quality that shows in the ability to turn knowledge into Value forCustomers.

In fact, those who acquire this type of solutions, make it from an investment perspective, hopingits returning. It is our duty to assure it!

We strive and challenge ourselves daily to achieve our goals and exceed the expectations of ourcustomers and shareholders.

Currently, our business covers three areas in thetelecommunications sector (Services, Consulting and Product)and it is specialized in Fixed, Mobile, Core, and Next GenerationNetworks. And so, as mentioned, we are able to cover end-to-endneeds of our customers. We cover all tasks from planning tomaintenance, through Engineering, Optimization, Rollout,Integration, Management and O & M.

Our portfolio is rich and is constantly updated so it can meet theneeds and demands of the market; we’ve worked to be perceivedas the privileged partner.

Among the many projects already undertaken and ongoing, wecan specify some projects as a benchmark of our capabilities:

• New Generation Network(NGN) - FTTH/FTTN Vodafone – weare responsible for planning, design, deployment andmaintenance of FTTH and FTTN Vodafone project.

• Mobile - Deployment and maintenance of radio stations, BSCand MSC for TMN and Vodafone - Proef Group has theresponsibility, on an turn-key solution, of radio planning,licensing, civil works, energy, installation and commissioning.We also have the responsibility for preventive and correctivemaintenance on Mobile Network.

• Drop Client FTTH - Fiber Network - Set up and servicecommissioning of fiber client to Portugal Telecom andVodafone.

• Unitel Angola - We are responsible for all activity deploymentof GSM/UMTS stations of Unitel. Our business ranges from theprovision of infrastructure by placing the service, the logisticsand real state tasks that are guaranteed.

In the electricity sector we are a company specialized ininfrastructure, energy production, energy transmission lines(LMAT 150 KV, 220 KV and 400 KV) substations, powerdistribution network (HV, MV and LV) and Work in tension (TET).We organize our business into three sections: Services, Productsand Consulting. Thus, we cover the entire value chain of the draftElectricity. We look at developments in the sector and therequirement of our customers so our portfolio is a living element,because only then we can fight to be perceived as the privilegedpartner.

Among the many projects already undertaken and ongoing, wecan enumerate some projects as a benchmark of our capabilities:

• Line of MAT between Portimão and TaviraREN delegated to Proef Group the supply of materials and serviceand set up of 400kV line between Portimão and Tavira. Thisproject was a line extension of 33 km with 80 double-beamsupports.

• Continuous Contract with EDPEDP signed, for five years, a contract with Proef Group for theconstruction, preservation and maintenance of its infrastructure.With this contract Proef Group becomes a reference.

During 2009,Proef Group secured the following qualifications:

• REN QualificationRede Eléctrica Nacional, SA in class of providing set up of GeneralElectrical

Acting in strict cooperation with the Proef Renewable Energy,Proef International positions itself clearly in this sector throughthe design, construction, operation and maintenance ofintegrated solutions for energy production from renewablesources, with particular emphasis on the advantages of wind(wind), solar (photovoltaic / solar electric term), water (minihydro) and biomass (central of forest biomass and production ofpellets).

The Proef International is specialized in EPC projects (Engineering,Procurement and Construction), it takes full responsibility fromthe moment of conception until the entry into production, whichcomprises the Design Project, Implementation Project,Management Project, insurance, financial ability and all the tasksof deployment and service availability to the project. Thus, itinvolves its experience and knowledge along the value chain ofthe project, ensuring the best solutions, deadlines and partners,releasing the project owner to prepare its operation.

Among the many projects already developed and ongoing we listsome of our projects as a reference of our capabilities:

• Parque Eólico do ZibreiroThis is a project implemented by Proef Group, it has a set upcapacity of 8MW, and the energy produced is 18GWh/year.• Parque Eólico Vieira CabreiraThis is a work executed by Proef Group, with set up capacity of1MW, annually producing 2.1 GWh.• Parque Solar Fotovoltaico de AználcollarThis is a project undertaken by Paeflux (our subsidiary in Spain)where all the coordination, implementation and management areEurico’s Ferreira responsibility.• Micro-generationDesign, supply and set up of micro-generation solutions are oneof the realities of Proef Group; currently, we have over 420KW inproduction.

Our presence in the renewable energy sector and our desire to grow requires us to have a dynamic portfolio that covers the areas of consulting, products and services.

• Audit – we perform process and network audits underoperational, safety and process point of view;

• Advising – we have a senior team prepared to advise you ondecision making, business and contract management;

• Consultancy – our team counts with senior elements preparedto help on the daily basis activity of your organization;

• Engineering – we are able to work with you on networkdesign, test performance, definition of QoS parameters,reports definition, RFP production, identify the best solutionand equipment for you;

• Outsourcing – we have experience in task and teamsoutsourcing, this will allow you to optimize your organization interms of budget and operations;

• Training – based on our team experience, training is a naturalservice for us and a value added service for you.

Product• Solutions design – today´s market requires that we try to
