The Robusto range doors are fitted with PVC weldable angle brackets, for all the 4 corners, for the purpose of making the door

more rigid and preventing its deformation or sagging.

The angle brackets are fixed in the fixture and are welded together with the side parts of the door.

The fixture in the wing is continuous along the entire profile.

It is cut out at the lock, but is not interrupted. This, together with the weldable angle brackets, allows the manufacturing of

large size doors, for high traffic.

The Robusto range door profiles are part of the Brillant 70 series.

They are finished with ecological lacquers;

Aplasat entrance doors are made of fir or oak triple-layered wood, with a width of 68 mm, which

provides them with higher strength.

The wood used for the treatment of the doors is previously treated with a special impregnation

solution which protects it against fungus, mould, and other external factors.

The subsequent finish ensures the protection of the wood through a flexible layer resistant to

outdoors exposures.

The triple-layered wood can also be refinished or repainted, and therefore it can adapt to any

future design changes.

The entrance doors can be fitted, upon request, with thermal insulation glass, available in several

models. The case is made of triple-layered wood, with a width of 68 mm.

Opening direction:

The opening direction of the door is set according to the inside of the room.

Therefore: if the hinges are located on the left, the opening direction is to the left, and if the hinges are located on the right,

then the opening direction is to the right.

Dimensions:

Door dimensions can range between: L= 600 mm – 980 mm and H = 1900 mm– 2150 mm, these being the dimensions on

the outside of the case.

Joinery

For outside doors, 4- and 5-point joinery is used. This closing system offers increased protection against breaking in.

Multiple construction versions:

In addition to the standard construction version, doors with two wings, transom-doors and side lighting doors can be built.

Also, the standard models can be combined or adjusted according to preferences.

Handles

Rosette handles are used for all types of inside doors.

The double glazing glass is manufactured

on state-of-the-art LISEC automated

lines. The glass used, manufactured by the

most important manufacturers in the

fields, Saint- Gobain and Guardian, is cut

on automated tables.

The latest requirements from the general

public, but also from the designers, and

the worldwide attempts to cut down the

power consumption, have lead to the

development of new products, special

composition glasses, which significantly

improve coefficients like the thermal

transfer, the sun factor, thus ensuring the

comfort inside buildings.

For the manufacturing of the thermal

insulated package, materials from global

leaders in the field are used (spacer frame

form Lingemann, butyl and polysulfide

from IGK, molecular mesh Grace Davison,

etc.).

The spacer frames are bendable

aluminum rods, without ankle brackets,

joined with connectors and automatically

filled with the molecular mesh. Thus, the

spacer rods provide a high sealing level,

thus significantly reducing the loss of

noble gas.

The primary sealing is done with butyl,

and the secondar y seal ing with

polysulfide.

The glass is filled with automatic presses,

i n a r g o n e n v i r o n m e n t , w i t h a

concentration of 90%.

The secondary sealing is also automated,

with high LISEC performance robots.

T h e t h e r m a l i n s u l a t e d g l a s s e s

manufactured by Aplast have CE

marking.

The lower the K value, the better the thermal protection.

Types of glass used to manufacture double glazing glass

Float (clear)

Float glass is manufactured by floating a continuous glass band on a metallic

bath (with the 'float' technology). The outcome is represented by a type of

glass with parallel plane sides, natural surfaces, and undistorted transparency.

Low-e (low-emisivity)

This is a glass with a very fine and transparent layer of metallic origin materials

settled by the cathode spraying method on a clear glass. This deposit is

characterized by low emissivity, reflecting the infrared radiations with a high

wavelength, characteristic for the heat. Therefore, the insulated glazing made

of this glass greatly reduces the thermal transfer by the effect of the radiation

through the glass, at the same time maintaining a high level of luminous

transmission, and a neutral aspect for the reflection and transmission of light.

Reflexive

This is reflective, sunshade glass, with a metallic oxide coat, settled through the

pyrolitic method. The coat is deposited on the clear or coloured glass in the

mass. The coat is very resistant, event to the most extreme environment

conditions. The orientation of the coat influences the value of the reflection, as

well as the final shade of the glass colour.

It is manufactured in two versions:

- with silver reflections and a fine shade of amber (colorless or bronze, grey,

light green and blue);

- with blue-silver shine (colourless or grey, dark green and blu

Colour mass

It is obtained by adding metallic oxides to a glass mass during melting. This

glass absorbs a large quantity of solar energy, thus preventing its excessive

penetration on the inside.

It is characterized by:

- a coloured effect both on the inside, and on the outside;

- poor reflection of the light;

- protection against solar radiation by absorbing solar energy.

Duplex (anti breacking in)

The layered glass constitutes an exceptional building element for the safety

glazings. The layered glass is manufactured by the plane joining of two or more

clear 'float' glass sheets, coloured, reflexive, or of ornamental glass, with one or

more layers of polyvinylbutyral foil, characterized by a special stiffness,

adhesion, and flexibility.

If the glass is broken, the glass pieces will remain caught in the foil, which leads

to the cut down or total elimination of personal accidents during a contingent

or criminal attack.

Decorative

It is made by printing an embossed model on the glass. The protuberances of

the model create different degrees of opacity. This feature is what

recommends this type of glass for interiors.

Dual Protect glass is a revolutionary product which transforms any window into an expense cut down tool. Until now, the

main utility of the windows was to protect against cold and cut down expenses during the winter. With the Dual Protect glass,

the window also becomes a means of cutting down expenses in the summer.

Dual Protect means:

Ÿ thermal protection in the winter and lower heating bills;

Ÿ sun protection in the summer and lower power bills due to the low use of the air conditioning systems.

The new Dual Protect Extreme glass raises the sun protection offered by windows to the highest level. Due to its remarkable

The roll-like insect screens are closed by pulling the end slat until it clamps with the closing profile, and are opened by slightly

pressing the same end slat, on its inside edge (and thus the end slat will be released from the closing profile).

TEXTILE ROLLER SHUTTERS TECHNICAL FEATURES:

Maximum size: 1.4 x 2.8m

Can be mounted:

Ÿ on the window frame (on the protection rod of the PVC

joinery, in order not to perforate the profile and affect the

warranty of the product);

Ÿ on the joinery – if a wider surface must be covered;

Ÿ on the wall;

Ÿ on the ceiling.

Roller shutter size: there is a 4.5 cm difference between the

roller shutter cloth and the final size including the side caps.

Thus, if the window to be covered is measured, 4.5 cm will be

added, representing the drive system.

Example: the cloth has a width of 0.80 cm, the complete roller

shutter will have a width of 0.845 cm.

The clamping system does not allow the release of the roller

shutter from the place it was mounted on. If one wishes to

replace the cloth or perform repair works, the entire system

has to be dismantled for this.

The overlapped roller shutters can only be installed at the

same time with the joinery. The box is installed on the

joinery, and then, together with the joinery, it is mounted in

the wall hole.

The advantage of the overlapped roller shutters is that

maintenance operations can be performed from the inside

of the house, by opening the inspection panel of the box.

is made of has the property of protecting the

window frame even in case of extreme

temperatures, thus eliminating the danger of

deformation pursuant to direct exposure to

sunlight during very hot summer days.

The technology employed for making the

Cool Colors foil radically enhances the

reflection of the sun radiation, rejecting 4
