1. VERTICAL OVERLAYS FOR DECORATING FACADES

Our vertical overlays offer a wide range of products with different textures and colours, all ready

to be directly applied to the surface of the facade (blocks, brick, concrete, etc.). They are

decorative and different colours can be combined to create unique designs.

These one coat products are used in place of the more traditional ended, (cement filler, plaster

and paint) to create a coating with an average thickness of between 0,314 and 0,590 in* approx.

(*8 and 15 mm).They offer improved resistance to damage caused by ultraviolet radiation, they

are waterproof and breathable, resistant to erosion caused by weather and the bending and

compression resistances are controlled by the regulations for vertical coverings, in accordance

with the construction materials used.

They are one coat rendering mortars. As the name suggests, each rendering mortar is a single

product that is applied in one or more coats.

T.R. RASPADO, one coat rendering mortar with a scraped texture

T.R.Raspado is a one coat rendering mortar made from white cement of the type BLI-52.5 N,

fine particles of calcium carbonate aggregates, lightweight volcanic aggregates; silica sands and

fibres, which together create a mixture of a specified strength. The mortar is mixed with water

to achieve the required characteristics of consistency, setting time, workability, texture, colour,

waterproofing and water vapour permeability.

a 0,787-1,968 in* approx.(*2-5 cm) thickness, so that it can be textured in a period

of time between 4 and 8 hours, forming thematic drawings and textures through

the use of sharp steel tools, cutters, scrapers and other kinds of complementary

techniques provided by artist depending on the required task.

T.S. STUCCO, marbled rendering mortar

Coloured powder product, for the application of fillings, for marbling textures, (availablein 22,046 lb* packages approx.).*10 kg.

Marbled rendering mortars are different in their composition. They are based on very fine

mineralised silicates and wax agents. Water is used to combine this mixture with white cement

of the type BLI-52.5 N, and re-dispersible polymers, modified using additives to control consistency

and setting. Tr Stucco is applied in very fine coats of 0,196 in* (*0.5 mm), leaving each coat to

dry and with the minimum of 3 coats.

It is designed to create seamless rendering mortars in the form of very fine

plaster which can then be painted. It is also used in the preparation of

substrates that are to be marbled and substrates where other special effects

are going to be created with a very fine plaster texture.

For veined finishes, the final coat is finished off with a steel trowel or trowel

with an stainless trowel, applying the product in sectors, trimming the edges

2. TECHNICAL MORTARS

Our Technical Mortar range of products is especially designed to provide solutions to problems

that can arise in building, construction, industry, public works and hydraulics.

Technical rendering mortars are made up of a granulometric structure of quartz, fine particles

of quartz, silica and mineralised silicates. Water is used to combine this mixture with cement with

high ash content. This speeds up the setting process and results in a product which provides the

greatest resistance in the shortest time.

T.M.H. HIDRÓFUGO, water-resistant mortar, for hydraulic repairs

Quick-setting waterproof mortar, for hydraulic reparations on wet substrates,for capillary filtration of concretes and mortars in general, for buildingsbelow water table, (available in 55,115 lb* sacks approx.).*25 kg.

T.H. MICRO HORMIGÓN, quick setting industrial anchor mortar

T.H. Micro hormigón, is a maximum strength mortar that is designed to fix industrial machinery

which needs to be rapidly fixed in place, in a timescale of 4-6 hours.

It is also the ideal mortar for repairing concrete structures with serious problems, covering these

structures after girding the pillars.

T.M.H. HIdrófugo, is a high resistance mortar which is very waterproof and

is designed to be used for repairs to reservoirs and hydraulic reservoirs made

from concrete, tunnels, lift shafts, water tanks, swimming pools and any other

location where water is a permanent feature.

T.RE., mortar filler for architectural restoration

T.P.CEPRONT, Rapid setting mortar. Sealant for water filtration in concrete andcement-based substrates.

T.P.Cepront is a cement filler made of quartz and quick setting cement. It is prepared in the hand

(hands must be protected by the use of rubber gloves) by creating a ball. At this point it starts

to heat up and set and so should be immediately applied to the crack or leak, applying pressure

to the product until it fully sets. This will take a few minutes.

T.H. SEAL IMP, waterproofing cement mortar

Quick-setting mortar with malleable features, for the fixing and monumental restorationof statues, cornices, mouldings, colums, capitals and any cultural-related work, (availablein 55,115 lb* sacks approx.).*25 kg.

T.RE, is a maximum strength mortar designed specifically for the architectural restoration of

cornices, mouldings, shields and other shapes.

T.RE, is used as a filler and applied in the desired quantity or layers, up

to the maximum application. Its great advantage comes from the fact that

it is quick setting, which allows for continuous work, there is no shrinkage,

and it is easily mouldable.

Before the product is applied the crack should

be prepared. This is done by widening the

crack to form the shape of the tail of a kite,

trying to create a reinforcing anchor for the

filler.

T.H. Seal Imp, is a cement mortar made up of calcium crystals, mineralised silicates and different

waterproofing agents that give the product its waterproofing characteristics.

Water is used to combined this mixture with white cement of the type BLI 52.5 N and re-dispersible

polymers.

The combination creates a product which when applied to surfaces forms part of those surfaces,

anchored by capillary absorption and chemical action.

It is prepared as a grout and can be applied using a paint brush or hairbrush in continuous coats

(minimum of three).

The product is designed to be a waterproof treatment and is therefore idea for basements, car

parks, lift shafts, bridges, hydraulic construction works, etc.

For waterproofing with stagnant water, the product is combined with Estire Tr, a waterproof

polymer compound that creates a plastic membrane which then acts as a reinforcement in

permanent contact with the stagnant water. It is ideal for tanks, reservoirs, etc.

3. CEMENT BASED TILE ADHESIVES

Tile adhesives can be either cement or acrylic based. Each of these basic types comes in a

variety of forms depending on the surface that the tiles are going to be fixed to and the quality

of the tiles that are going to be fixed.

Cement based adhesives are made up of white cement of the type BLI-52,5 N , calcium carbonate

aggregates, quartz and mineralised silicates, with a maximum particle size of 0,196in (0.5mm).

The mortar is mixed with water to achieve the required characteristics such as control consistency,

adhesive power, resistance, the potential for sliding and the drying time.

The two types differ because of the different proportions and quantities of the products and

additives used in each. These determine the characteristics and quality of each.

4. ACRYLIC BASED TILE ADHESIVES IN PASTA

Acrylic based tile adhesives are made from a base of quartz and silica with a very fine particle size

of 0,007 in approx.(0.2 mm), bound together using an acrylic resin and modified using additives to

control the characteristics of the product: consistency; dryness; slipping and adhesion to surfaces.

They are particularly recommended when fitting ceramic tiles onto non-porous surfaces, where

a very uniform application is needed and where it is important to avoid placing too much adhesive

onto concrete or polystyrene panels, cardboard panels,plaster, etc. It appears in the shape of

pasta.

5. CEMENT BASED SEAMLESS PAVING

Seamless paving is a new concept in paving and takes advantage of the concreting of surfaces

to create an attractive finish. Once the concrete is laid, the surface is treated using a roller to

add texture and colour for a decorative finish.

Another paste format product for the application on tanned concrete which will be subsequently

polished, textured or spread over designs previously placed on the first application base.

Seamless imprinted paving products are maximum strength products which recreate

traditional rustic designs and imitate different natural textures.

T.PV. PULIDO, industrial surface layer on freshconcrete

Powder component for the surface course over freshconcrete, for its subsequent polishing, in colours,grey, red, green and others on demand, (available in55,115 lb* sacks approx.).*25 kg.

T.PV. Pulido, is a compound consisting of quartz,

silica and colour, combined with white cement of the type

BLI-52.5 N and modified using wetting agents and other

additives to control penetration into the fresh concrete. It is

applied by sprinkling it onto the surface while mechanically

rubbing it in a circular motion, thus allowing the product to

continuously penetrate the surface while the hardening

process takes place. This ensures an even colour finish.

Repair mortar is designed for repairing surfaces, for preventing future

T. PV. STAMP, surface layer, imprinted paving, for fresh concrete

Impressed pavings, powder component available in colours, for the surface course over

T.PV. Stamp, is made of quartz and silica, mixed with white cement BLI-52.5

N and additives to control the consistency of the product in damp conditions.

It is designed to form a layer covering the surface of freshly laid concrete.

It comes in the form of a powder and is applied by scattered it over the surface

that you want to treat.

A powder releasing agent, T.D.P. Desmoldeante, is also applied to prevent direct contact between

the rubber stamp and the concrete surface. Stamps come in a variety of designs and when

applied to the concrete they create textures. The overall result is that you can create different

colours and textures.

T.PV. Color is created to provide you with decorative paving in places where applying a greater

thickness is not possible.Texture is added by imprinting using rubber stamps, as for the previous

Desmoldeante T.D.P. Desmoldeante, can be used as desired.

The product is applied to cured concrete once the surface has been prepared using repair mortar,

T.PV. Spray, is a cement mortar made of white cement of type BLI-52.5 N, aggregates with very

fine particles, which is modified to control resistance while the product is applied as a paste, in

the form of a grout, as well as consistency and final strength.

T.PV. Spray, is applied to cured concrete surfaces using a spray machine which consists of a

hopper, a spray gun with different nozzles to control the flow of the material and an air system

to create the spraying range.

It is applied to a surface once any necessary repairs have been carried out.Firstly, the cement

mortar is laid. Once this is dry the stencil, which creates the design, is laid on top of the cement

and different colours can be applied to create the finish that you want to achieve. Finally, once

cleaned and brushed to remove any remaining substances, the surface is treated with resin.

and resistance. Water is used to combine this mixture.

FIBRES FOR MORTARS: Steel fibres used to reinforce concrete. These fibres are obtained by

wire drawing.

The shape adopted by DIXTREL, FIBERCON and TREFIL allows an excellent holding quality to

concrete, which improves the reinforced concrete’s mechanic characteristics, thus avoiding

fissures to occur.


These three types of fibres are directly added to the mortar as it s being mixed just as any other

ordinary additive.

Both with DIXTREL, FIBERCON and TREFIL, the minimum recommended dose is 25/m3 of

This is an inorganic glass fibre used to reinforce concrete and mortars,

which provides a high degree of protection, helping prevent fissures and

Traditional glass fibres have only a short-term load resistance due to

the aggressive alkaline characteristics of concrete; with FIBRES-AR,

designed with a special formula in which includes zirconium oxide, it is

not affected by limy environments, and is stable to concrete alkali.

Its traction strength is really high, as it has a filament density per weight

unit far above its competitors, and also a great elasticity, enabling it to

easily absorb the concrete retractions.

7. PREFABRICATED PRODUCTS FOR ARCHITECTURAL DECORATION

This is a new system based on the latest technology and consists of products made from a

lightened material, in this case from high density expanded polystyrene (EPS.D30). This material

is produced according to the chosen design and produced mechanically, milled and cut using

hot wires, with the advantage of both individual and mass production.

The advantage of this new material is that it allows you to create shapes with large volumes

whilst minimising the weight pressure on the structure.

The visible parts of the prefabricated products made using EPS. D30 are treated by applying

different membranes. The membrane chosen will depend on the function of the product and the

use it is going to be put to. The addition of membranes allows different finishes to be created.

T.R. FLOKACEM, domes

This is a new concept which eliminates the heavy weight pressure on the roof framework and

results in costs savings due to the ease of construction and the placement for the influence of the

minimal weight with relation to the volume.

Domes are supplied in different sizes, with different finishes, and can be covered with ceramic

tiles or other decorative materials.

Products are supplied as a single piece or in various pieces ready to be assembled on-site. The

choice between these options depends on their size and the form of transport.

Domes can be produced to meet any size specification and in different models and designs for

9. TREATMENTS FOR DAMP SPACES

The products making up our damp space treatments form a new concept based on the manufacture

of a range of products that are waterproof and heat insulating.

This includes a range of panels and modules that can be integrated into a construction.

The products are made using lightened high density expanded polystyrene (EPS D30) that is

treated with a hydro/polymer on the exposed surfaces, with the addition of reinforced plastic with

glass fibre.

The products are particularly suitable for bathrooms, spas, saunas and other damp spaces.

These are panels that can be made to any size and thickness, as well as the standard size of
