RT INJECTION CONTROL UNITThe new evolution of the JETPRIME injection control unit is called “RT” (real time). With the new “RT” version, we have managed to speed up data communication. This technology supports enhanced response to the modifications we wish to carry out. “RT” also integrates data acquisition from the tps sensor, thus allowing mapping to be even more detailed, sophisticated and precise.The tps signal reading is developed in 8 steps, which are plotted with 8 2D-graphical lines displayed on the mapping program and, after the map has been defined, these lines will let you see the evolution of the work carried out. Another detail that highlights the “RT” control unit’s advantages is the option to move the steps’ thresholds as required. For instance, several steps may be inserted over the first 10/20% of tps, or over a higher range, or where you see fit. This is to make the bike even more enjoyable and rideable, or hot and devilish. Most suitable also for vehicles produced with Euro 3 standards onwards. Should you wish however to exclude the tps value from the mapping, all you need to do is click on “single map” to program without using the tps, yet still exploiting the innovative technology of the new JETPRIME “RT” control unit. The JETPRIME control unit also features an internal bypass for the bike to continue running even in the event it fails.

INJECTION CONTROL UNITThe programmable JETPRIME control unit has been especially designed for 1- to 4-cylinder motorcycles. The work done by our engineers on the track, made it possible to test and fine-tune the product we wanted to produce: high performing like the bikes that are fitted with it, at a competitive price. Riders, pilots and scooter riders all find the JETPRIME control unit a sound choice thanks to the performances it provides, as well as for being easy to fit and mappable directly from one’s own PC. Exactly thanks to the perfect fit between software and hardware, the modifications made can be seen in real time with no need to send the bike in again.The JETPRIME control unit also features an internal bypass for the bike to continue running even in the event of control unit failure, a condition that may be identified thanks to the LED signalling operation.

OXYMETTLAMBDA SENSOR SIMULATOR

OXYMETT CONTROL UNITDeveloped to prevent sudden shutdowns and make the ride smooth even at low engine speeds, the OXYMETT control unit is the lambda sensor simulator dedicated to all bikes and scooters approved from Euro 3 onwards.By stopping sensor activity at low engine speeds, OXYMETT prevents excessive “leaning” of the fuel mixture (this applies also when a racing control unit is fitted). Without the installation of the OXYMETT control unit, your racing or additional control unit will only be effective after 3400 RPM, since below this range its function is dampened by the standard fitted lambda sensors. Jetprime S.r.l. recommends using the OXYMETT simulator with the programmable JETPRIME control unit to achieve peak performance.

MEMJET URBANFOR ALL FUEL INJECTED SCOOTERS

MEMJET URBAN ADDITIONAL CONTROL UNITMEMJET URBAN is the evolution of the previous MEMJET and has been specifically developedfor the scooter world.MEMJET URBAN must be connected to a latest generation lambda sensor, reads its signal, processes it and transmits it to the scooter’s control unit with your settings to vary injection timing accordingly.MEMJET URBAN leaves lambda sensor exhaust fitting unchanged and maintains its heating function. This will prevent all those minor issues that normally arise when the sensor is removed. Installation is easy and fully reversible in order to restore in few minutes the scooter’s original set-up.MEMJET URBAN has an adjustment span between ZERO and TEN. By setting it at ZERO (thus bottom of the scale to the left), you will obtain a standard condition, thus essentially no action, whereas on TEN action will be the highest possible.It should be underlined that optimisation of metering and advance is nowadays defined based on acoustic and exhaust emissions rather than performance.

MEMJET EVO ADDITIONAL CONTROL UNITThe MEMJET Evo additional control unit is designed to improve the performance of fuel injection motorbikes. The latest generation engines, having to comply with stricter anti-pollution standards, end up being adversely affected with unwanted rev voids.It acts on certain sensors that are already fitted on your bike by modifying their settings, with the advantage of not having to “remap” an additional control unit. Installation is easy and fully reversible in order to restore in few minutes the bike’s original set-up. With MEMJET Evo, which acts on the air temperature sensor, your bike’s control unit will adapt the carburettor to different injection and timing advance. This is a guarantee because the original control unit will never feature values that may damage the engine, significantly improving power and torque performance. MEMJET Evo has an adjustment span between ZERO and TEN. By setting it at ZERO (thus bottom of the scale to the left), you will obtain a standard condition, thus essentially no action, whereas on TEN action will be the highest possible.The recommended calibration for standard or slightly tuned bikes is on FIVE.

ADVANCE CONTROL UNITThe new JETPRIME control unit has been developed to manage the advance, using a very innovative system that works directly on the coils and not from the pick-up signal. This feature affords optimal coil management offering significant increase in performances.It essentially receives the spark ignition signal directly from the motherboard, delays or sends it early based on set mapping, and is able to convey it to the coil at performance speed never seen before in this sector. It also features the option of inserting dynamically - i.e. even while running - three mappings: Normal, Rain and Sport.The ADVANCE TIMING control unit has been developed also to be connected to JETPRIME, which it perfectly complements.This absolute novelty translates into a unique feature: in practice the module works in real time, without the unavoidable electronic delays that arise sometimes when installing additional modules.The ADVANCE TIMING control unit can be connected to the handsome and convenient optional accessory: the “remote” mapping control fitted with three LEDs to display the type of mapping actuated.The ADVANCE TIMING control unit also features a bypass to let the bike continue running even in case of failure.

JUNCTIONMANIFOLDThis intake manifold is indispensable for all those tuners who wish to install 1098/1198 throttle bodies on 999 or 999RS engines. They are produced in Ergal 7075-T6 on CNC machines.This manifold dispenses with the adapter to make the two parts match. It is fitted with no modification needed on heads or manifolds. They are perfectly aligned to the standard head ducts, thus all you need to do is replace the original ones and apply the original rubber 1098/1198 manifold.

INTAKE TRUMPETSAs everybody knows, the essential discriminating factors in choosing an intake duct are its length, taper and radius features.In this case the invaluable cooperation of the most famous teams and tuners in the sector were essential in helping us develop a trumpet that increases performances both on standard engines and on tuned ones. Like all modifications of a certain level, these are used to their best advantage if they are complemented with dedicated bench mapping, performed by professionals in the sector.These intake ducts are made in Ergal 7075-T6 with the most modern CNC machines and are designed and made entirely at our premises.They are fitted to the bike without any modification inside the air box, using the standard petrol hose and injectors.Mounting is very simple, however we still recommend you always employ the services of shops with tuners skilled in the sector.

VARIABLE HEIGHT TRUMPETSThis technology is derived directly from Formula 1 and Moto GP, two worlds where the search for maximum power and engine rev management are always pushed to top levels. Variable height trumpets are one of the many “Racing Details” designed and manufactured by Jetprime. All the elements of this system are constructed in ergal 7075 T6 and CNC machined. Moreover, to increase smoothness and durability of friction parts, they have undergone hard anodising. The trumpet movement is controlled by two digitally managed Brushless motors, driven by a dedicated control unit, which can be programmed by the installer via PC. This makes it possible to program upper trumpet movement independently, using as parameters both the engine RPM and the throttle opening percentage. For those with an enlarged air-box, we offer the option of installing an injector spray head with internal petrol flow: this solves the problem of superfluous pipes inside it. The injector spray head is available in the two or four-injector version and with various lengths on the customer’s demand.All these customisations have the purpose of allowing the tuner to fine-tune engine set up according to their criteria and needs.Jetprime is constantly seeking innovative solutions and with this project further raises the bar for those pursuing leadership and ongoing evolution of their engines.

WATER PUMPENHANCED FOR MV

WATER PUMPThis pump achieves a 45% increase in cooling liquid circulation within the circuit. It can be fitted to all MV bikes, both Brutale and F4. Completely made in Ergal 7075-T6 it is CNC machined, and the sealing components, bearings and needle shaft are original spare parts which can be normally purchased from any dealer. This has been done to put the customer’s mind at rest about all components acting in contact with the engine’s inner parts being perfectly compatible and safe. Our enhanced pump has been designed and developed by us with the aid of some important teams that use 312 RR on the track.Two versions are available, for models up to 2009 and from 2010 onwards.

HIGHCOMPRESSION PISTONS

Very high performance piston kit, produced by the leading Italian company in the sector of racing pistons with highly selected materials, using light alloys that ensure minimum dilation, and an indisputable reliability. The pistons are constructed so that no modification is needed to the original material and they maintain the factory-setting low noise level. The low weight makes for thrilling acceleration, enhanced compression

significantly enhances pick up at low engine speeds and continues in a straightforward manner up to the limiter. The kit is supplied including pins, fasteners and brackets.

TIMING ADVANCEGEARThese gears have been developed to be fitted on all BMW engines series R 1100 - 1150 – 1200 cc from 1995 until today. They are mounted exactly in the same wayas the original ones, they are constructed in extremely high quality material and offer the utmost precision.The purpose of this tweak is to make the most widely sold boxer worldwide even fuller by lowering the torque by approximately 1000 revs. These pinions can also be mounted on engines fitted with more performing pistons, which we normally mount in our “BMW UPGRADING KIT”.

EXHAUST MANIFOLDS WITHOUTCATALYSER FOR R1200 GS

WITH AND WITHOUT FLOATING TAP Manifolds are the connecting element of the engine’s

exhaust system and are therefore the first to be hit by the exhaust gases coming from the combustion chamber, so

very high gas temperature and speed will be reached inside them. It is therefore logical that their importance for proper operation

of the whole exhaust system is fundamental. Manifolds improve gas flow quickly and without obstacles, at the same time as withstanding thermal and acoustic stress due to the gases. That is why we have made manifolds with fine-tuned tapering to achieve the desired effects. Moreover, when a multi-cylinder four-stroke engine with classic firing pattern (not the “big-bang”), is to level off the gas pressure in all manifolds while the engine is running, via the compensators that, if arranged properly and in the right number ensure the absence of “blanks” in rev range of the engine. Highly resistant materials have been used to produce them, which also assure low weight, as required by the state-of-the-art in the technique.

BEVEL GEARTRANSMISSIONThe bevel gear plays an important role, both because it lets you calibrate the ratio of your Quad, and because it is a component subject to significant strain. We therefore feel it is a must to offer a wide range of options and use top of the range commercially available materials. Our new bevel gear allows peak speed of the Can-Am to increase by about 20Km/h.

ENHANCED WATER PUMPThis pump has the purpose of increasing cooling liquid circulation by approximately 45% inside of the circuit. The enhanced pump has been designed and developed by us with the aid of some important customers. It is completely produced in Ergal 7075- T6 and CNC machined, seal components, bearings and needle shaft are original spare parts, which may be normally purchased from any dealer. This has been done to put

the customer’s mind at rest about all components that act in contact with parts inside the engine being perfectly compatible and safe.

ALUMINIUM AIRBOXOur enhanced air-box was developed to increase the air flow with respect to the original,especially when the vehicle is tuned. By using the JETPRIME air-box, you will get the same performance as the classic “filter-less” tweak, yet maintaining the same noise level as the original air-box.Moreover, the intake trumpets may be changed with more ease. The size is 50% larger, with respect to the standard air-box, which lends the engine a 2/3 CV power increase and a much more progressive acceleration.

SPECIAL PARTS FOR T-MAX MODELS: T-MAX 500 - T-MAX 530

ROUND AND OVAL ENHANCED THROTTLE BODYAs everybody knows, T-MAX is the most popular scooter for tuning, therefore JETPRIME hasdeveloped enhanced throttle bodies to replace the original ones. They are entirely made from a solid body, in Ergal 7075-T6 with unrivalled finish and care to detail. They can be ordered starting from 36mm up to 40mm and are sold pre-assembled and ready for mounting. As regards the stepper motor, the tps and the throttle cable spool, the originals are used, to prevent unnecessary complications with the engine control unit.As an extra, we also supply intake trumpets to be mounted in place of the standard rubber hoses that lead to the filter box. Also as extra, we supply a range of mappings already set up by us on the test bench. These throttle bodies are suitable to increase performance also on non-tuned T-MAXes.Assembly is very easy but it is still recommended to always employ the services of shops with experienced tuners skilled in the field.

SUPERLIGHT Racing clutch kit for Yamaha T-MAX 530• Weight is considerably lighter with respect to the standard clutch by all of 1200

grams, thanks to the elimination of the roller thrust system.• Moving the rotating masses toward the centre of the engine, which lead to

greater manoeuvrability: the closer the moving masses are to the wheel axle, the more the effort to raise the scooter when cornering is neutralised.

• More acceleration to the engine thanks to the lightness of the new bell• Completely modified disc thrust system by using a well-known system in the

racing world and especially in drag racing, replacing the traditional rollers of the original version with “L”-shaped rods, which by centrifugal force are attracted to the outside and press directly on the disks.

• Starting “skidding” control thanks to disc load system to increase or decrease load: the weights attached to the ends of the “L” can in fact be replaced and off you go!

DATA ACQUISITION AND PRECISION OF MEASUREMENTSAt Jetprime we know very well that in order to achieve the objectives of enhanced performance and operation reliability, hard facts are needed rather than assumptions.Filled with this certainty we have decided to face a very important investment that would allow us to have uncommon data and feedback for our sector.The new test bench allows very accurate tests to be performed, with the possibility to keepunder control a wealth of information on the same launch.In the same test we have 2 lambda sensors and up to 4 exhaust gas temperatures constantly under control.Moreover the bike/scooter can be tested in conditions that perfectly reflect the same conditions you would have if you tested it on the track. This is possible because the bench uses a proportional brake with dozens of settings.In this way once the test has been completed you can rest assured the mapping performed will be perfect. Another important advantage of this system is the dedicated fan for the airbox socket, which works with an inverter simultaneously with the roller so that, when the wheel speed increases, the air speed also increases to take the airbox up to pressure.
