We have well laid fabrication facility 5250 SQ.FT COVERED AREA with Semi EOT 7.5 tonne & capable to execute job under Third Party Inspection Agencies & Consultants. We adhere to Strict Quality Control Procedure & offer High Calibre of Workmanship. We worked under Third Party Inspection Agencies like LRIS, BVIS, DNV, SGS, BAXCOUNCIL, TUV, QUEST ASSOCIATES and customer representatives.We have approved agencies for Heat Treatment, Radiography, UT test, Helium Leak Test.
Dished End/Cone Forming (SPINNING), Pipe Bending, Limpet forming from quality orientated Subcontractor. Raw material testing like chemical/physical/IGC Pr.E/C, NDE (UT, Helium Leak Test, Eddy Current, RT etc.) as
per mutually agreed & approved QAP/ITP are carried out in NABL ACCREDIATED labs in Pune/Mumbai. APPROVED WPS/PQR/WPQ FOR SS-SS, CS-CS, CS-SS AND DUPLEX STEEL –DUPLEX STEEL MATERIAL. Execution of orders as per mutually agreed and approved QAP, technical specification and approved drawings
w.r.t latest ASME codes & good engineering practices.
We arrange Heat Treatment, Radiography, Dished End/Cone Forming (SPINNING) from APPROVED Subcontractor & Check Testing/NDE(UT,Helium Leak Test,Eddy CurrentRT etc.) testing of Raw material/Finish products from the NABL ACCREDIATED testing Laboratories.
All bought out items and raw material is tested for chemical/physical characteristics and also for NDE as per customers requirement/QAP.
