By day, Station House is a marriage of business, technology, finance, real estate, and the arts, brought together to create a complete networking mecca. ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES? Administration Fee All events acquire an administration fee based on guest count. This fee covers event layout set-up and break-down, reception of outside vendors, event maintenance, and clean-up. 1-60 guests: $200 60+ guests: $400 Service Charge An 18% service charge and 7% sales tax are added to all beverages purchased through Station House Bar
CAN I USE OUTSIDE CATERING? Outside caterers are permitted as long as they are fully staffed, insured, and licensed. “Drop-off catering” is not allowed. All plates, flatware, and napkins must be provided by the caterer. CAN I BRING IN MY OWN ALCOHOL? All liquor must be purchased and served through Station House St. Pete. No outside alcohol distributors are permitted.

Additional Event Information
STAFFING Bartenders (CASH BAR): $150.00 each Includes 4 hours of event time Each additional hour: $50.00/hour Moving Staff: $40.00/hour If you require an extra set of hands to move chairs or tables during your event, movers can be hired at an additional fee. EVENT RENTALS Clients are free to bring in any additional furniture outside of our current inventory. All rentals must be picked up from venue that same evening. FINAL GUEST COUNT Final guest counts are due 3 business days prior to the event. From that point, your final guest count cannot be decreased--only increased.
EVENT DEPOSITS 50% of your full rental fee must be paid in order to reserve the space. Following the initial deposit, the remaining balance can then be paid in installments (agreed upon during booking).

STATION HOUSE DAILY OPERATIONS** Please note that in addition to being an event space, Station House is also home to our hard-working members with private offices--some of whom have 24/7 access to our building. While our members are extremely respectful and will never “crash” your party, it is important to understand that our space is shared. Additionally, our facility is rented by a “per floor” basis which means that two events could be occurring simultaneously. In order to ensure that the entire building is exclusive to your party, both the 2nd and 4th floors must be rented.
