What is the deadline to place a Physics Today Display Recruitment ad?The deadline is the first of the month preceding issue publication month (i.e. for the September issue, the deadline is August 1).2. How do I place a print display recruitment ad in Physics Today?E-mail your PDF to ptjobs@aip.org that includes the ad text and your institutional or company logo. Please refer to our mediakit for print ad specifications. We will then follow-up with a quote and a request for any additional information required.3. If I purchase a print display recruitment ad, is an online version included?While there is no equivalent online display recruitment ad available, the price of your print display recruitment ad includesan online job posting for the month, or months, of the print issue(s) selected. For example, if your print ad ran in the Aprilissue of Physics Today, the price includes your online ad running from April 1 thru April 30. For an additional fee, you havethe option to start the online version immediately as well as the option to extend the online version beyond the print issuemonth. For details, please email ptjobs@aip.org.4. We made a mistake in our ad, can you change it in print and online?Changes to the online version can be made at anytime, while the ad is live.
