Design your own Alphablock character. Pick a sound from the phase 3 or 5 mat and design your own character.

Using the Alphablocks create as many words as you can. Who can make the most words in your family? Can you make words with 3 sounds in?Can you make words with 5 sounds in?

Pick a sound from either phase 3 or 5 and create your very own Alphablocks poster.

Draw a picture of the sound in the middle then draw pictures or write words around the outside of the sound.

Handwriting – It is very important that the children keep practicing handwriting during the lockdown period. Use the letters below to make sure the letters are the correct height and that they sit on the line. Make sure they are holding their pencil correctly before writing.
