The first quarter of high school can be extremely challenging trying to balance your time. Here are some quick tips for success: 1. Be PROACTIVE. Every Sunday, look at the week ahead and plan what you will need to do each day. 2. Put your phone AWAY during homework. You will get the work done much quicker. 3. Use your study hall effectively if you have one. Try to get 1-2 subjects done. 4. Use extra help after school. (2:15-2:50) If you are doing an extracurricular activity, treat extra help as another class period. Get homework done or get help. 5. Figure out how you learn best. Find study techniques that target your learning style. * Have an amazing start to Q2!!* - Ms. Finnegan Hey class of 2023! It's your class president, Matthew Theriault. I wanted to start off saying that together as a class we had an awesome quarter 1! Raising $25,000 for the freshman walk was really awesome. The amazing thing is that quarter 2 is going to be even better! There are many fun things planned for you in the up-coming quarter, for instance the semi-formal dance, which will be super fun! Don't forget that soon we'll also be on our first vacation of the year. I'm really proud of everyone getting through quarter 1 and going through it strong, but I can't wait for quarter 2!!! - Matt ADVISOR UPDATE FROM MS. FINNEGAN
