Lean Enterprise Tool Certification

Lean Enterprise improvement practitioners are trained professionals that do process and product improvement project work. The focus of Lean Enterprise is to reduce waste in our processes, improve lead times and on-time-delivery, reduce inventory levels, cut costs and provide better service to the customer. Based on the Toyota Production System and the learnings of the “Masters”, this training will provide you with the knowledge to implement Lean Enterprise process improvement in your organization. Learn the meaning and methods to implementing such things as pull systems, flow, standard work, takt time and many more items. This training provides the methodology and tools to begin the journey for improving processes, services, or products, in order to achieve performance breakthrough.
