Retrieve updates from the System Office CISPR with SA Valet using your school Datatel ID

ISUG – Run a ‘Summary’ Custom Impact Report before installing updates◦ Select ‘Summary’ from ‘Custm Impct Rpt’ drop-down◦ Send report to HOLD file (i.e. CIR_R18_0190) for review

Create a document with Software Updates to send out for approval by using Copy & Paste
Include with the approval any additional documentation that is needed (i.e. FA Release Highlights)

Once approval has been received, I approve for Production installation
Send email out to all DATATEL users the day before loading into Production
