• to screen all transactions and parties for denied party

screening to ensure we do not ship to any denied party

• to screen against any Ingersoll Rand identified

embargoed/sanction country

• to screen our products against export license determination

based on ECCN controls

• Where Amber Road is not interfaced to an ERP

system at an Ingersoll Rand location:

• Amber Road has capability to allow for an ad hoc manual screening process to be put in place

• Allows for customer master file uploads to the Amber Road system for daily automated screening

* The controls need to be put in place and managed to ensure these customers are reviewed against potential denied party matches on a daily basis

an accurate master file of all Trade compliance data

categories per shippable item such as:
