• The Foundation keeps properties everlasting• Reduction of the encumbrance of debt on the

property in order to enduringly secure socially responsible places of residence and work

• Preferably long-term building lease arrangements with property users

old, of the able-bodied and people with disabilities, families and single households

• Encourage self-accountable and self-administrative structures
