INSPIRE ->> EPP-eHealth
EPP-eHealth takes over INSPIRE project
The INSPIRE project CSA create practical impact on the use of the Pre-Commercial procurement (PCP) instrument and to strengthen forward looking procurement strategies in the domains of eHealth Active Ageing and Independent Living. This project finished in September 2015.
EPP-ehealth focuses on the Identification of Unmet Needs and best available solutions -> JOINT STATEMENT OF UNMET NEEDS WITH AREAS PRIORITISED.

• Network of Procuring Organisations that understand the opportunities that eHealth offers, have competence in innovation procurement, and the capacity to pioneer new approaches to collaborative procurement.
• Stakeholders come to a common understanding of the barriers, determine how these needs can be overcome through practical policy and procurement actions, and identify eHealth solutions that can be replicated.
• Transform the market for eHealth solutions through Innovation Procurement.
