Profile: RPM Team is a modular design build firm specializing in design and construction program management. We offer turnkey design and construction services in all of North America. We can help with your real estate, development, architectural, and engineering needs and our veteran owned. Prime contractor and subcontractor services can qualify as a service disabled, veteran owned, or small business company. We have complete capabilities to help plan, design, build, upgrade, expand, modernize and renovate pre-engineered, pre-fabricated, modular, and shipping container building products. General Construction Exclusions:

1. Delays caused due to weather, "acts of nature" or unforeseen circumstances are not included. 2. Changes due to actual conditions discovered at the job site not visible from the surface are not included. 3. Job site access restrictions, inaccessibility and/or delays caused by others will be an additional cost. Owner

to provide all weather access around the site. 4. Liability for underground utilities, obstructions and/or unforeseen obstacles or conditions. Owner is

responsible for contacting Dig Alert and marking the site. 5. Costs associated with obtaining necessary permits, inspections and approvals from local, state and federal

agencies are not included unless specifically noted above. 6. Costs associated with geotechnical, architectural and/or engineering redesign requirements, including any

hard rock encountered, are not included unless specifically noted above. 7. Costs associated with site layout, civil engineering, survey work are not included unless specifically noted

above. 8. Costs associated with delays from weather, acts of nature or unforeseen circumstances shall be invoiced

at actual cost, including equipment, plus 20% and payable immediately. 9. Any hard rock encountered will be handled on a time and material basis and is not included in this proposal. 10. Job site preparation, removal of existing products or debris and any required demolition is not included

unless specifically noted above. 11. Any Materials excavation, grading cut and fill, removal from site, transport onsite and/or offsite, import,

export or compaction not included unless specifically noted above. 12. Any required insurance coverage over a standard general liability policy of $1,000,000 each occurrence

with a $2,000,000 general aggregate. 13. Any owner supplied materials are the responsibility of owner. Any missing parts, or required parts, of owner

supplied materials are the responsibility of owner. 14. Any types of bonds are not included. If required, the bonds shall be paid for prior to obtaining. 15. Any requirements for a prefund amount or similar prepayment are not included. If required, the prefund

or similar amount shall be paid prior to placement. 16. Site security is the responsibility of the property owner or tenant. Any items missing or stolen from the

project shall be reimbursed to the contractor immediately. 17. All electricity, water and gas shall be provided by, and paid for, by owner. Any required utility shall be

provide within Five feet of the project. 18. All site fencing and site access control shall be provided by, and paid for, by owner. 19. All SWPPP requirements shall be the responsibility of owner and not included unless specifically noted

above. 20. Any and all parts that come from Sprung Structures will be paid for by the owner at their expense.

General Design Exclusions:

1. Structural Engineering, Surveying, civil engineering, traffic engineering, environmental reports, and geologic or geotechnical services.

2. Development and Printing of Presentation materials and permit drawings. 3. Owner or Contractor initiated scope or design changes beyond the 50% Construction Document

Phase. 4. Design changes resulting from value engineering or product substitutions during the Construction

Administration phase. 5. Costs associated with obtaining necessary permits, inspections and approvals from local, state and federal

agencies are not included unless specifically noted above. 6. Revision or additional work due to unforeseen changes in local or state requirements, or ordinances

effective after the date of preparation of this proposal.

any other services. Customer is responsible for supervision of and safety compliance in structure location, assembly and erection. Recommended equipment and manpower: a) Scaffolding or manlifts b) Appropriate fall protection (body harness and life line). c) Electrical power to site. d) Estimated 7 workmen for approximately 26, 8 hour working days,

approximately half of which should be manlift qualified. e) A supervisor with construction experience.

CRANE:

We request that you supply a crane with operator and rigger to assist in raising the free span aluminum beams during the erection sequence. It will be needed for approximately 11 hours.

HAND TOOLS: Although specialized hand tools are supplied for your use at no charge, you are responsible for the tools while they are at your site and until picked up by Sprung following completion of the erection of the structure.

ANCHORAGE: Earth anchors, in connection with drift pins may only be used providing adequate soil conditions exist. Base reactions will be provided where required. A compressor complete with 90 lb jack hammer, will be needed to install these anchors. In order to optimize the erection time for the structure, earth anchors should be installed prior to delivery of the structure and prior to arrival of the technical consultant. The time to install these anchors is not included in the time estimate above. A detailed drawing will be provided by Sprung showing anchor locations.

DISMANTLING: Rented structures will require our Technical Consultant for dismantling. The same terms as outlined above under the heading "Erection" and "Technical Consultant" will apply. It will be your responsibility to return the structure and tools, prepaid, to the depot in Salt Lake City, Utah.

PERMITS, LICENSES AND TAXES:

It will be your responsibility to obtain all permits, licenses and pay all applicable taxes. This structure is designed to meet the CBC 2016.

GUARANTEE:

To demonstrate our confidence in the quality and longevity of the Sprung Structure, our product comes with a 50 year pro-rata guarantee on the aluminum substructure and an architectural membrane pro-rata guarantee, in accordance with the attached Guarantee Certificate.

NOTE: This quotation is valid for 60 days.

PURCHASE OPTION: The Renter has the option to purchase the structure as follows:

If all rental payments have been made on time during the first three months of the rental period, 100% of these payments will be credited towards the purchase price, or alternatively For the 24 Month Rental Option: If all rental payments have been made on time during the first twenty four months of the rental period, 70% of all twenty-four payments will be credited towards the purchase price, or alternatively For the 48 Month Rental Option: If all rental payments have been made on time during the first forty-eight months the rental period, 50% of all forty-eight months payments will be credited towards the purchase price Note: Any purchase option can be exercised by presentation of Renter's check for the full purchase price, less the applicable credit, prior to the expiry of the applicable rental period.

The architectural membrane and aluminum materials utilized in Sprung Structures have been selected for their proven strength, durability and longevity. To show our sincere confidence in our product, Sprung Instant Structures is pleased to issue the following guarantees.

ARCHITECTURAL MEMBRANE WITH POLYURETHANE COATING All membranes used are water and mildew resistant, insect proof and flame retardant. They withstand extreme climatic variations and contain ultra-violet inhibitors to reduce degradation by the sun's rays. Flame retardant status has been warranted by the membrane suppliers. Sprung Instant Structures guarantees to supply new replacement membrane, on a pro-rata basis at the then current price, for membrane which deteriorates from any of the aforementioned factors within FIFTEEN (15) YEARS from the date of delivery of the structure(s), for polyurethane coated architectural membranes in white, tan or gray colors.

EXTRUDED ALUMINUM SUBSTRUCTURE AND COMPONENTS Aluminum used is professionally engineered and is of the highest quality and structural capability. Sprung Instant Structures guarantees to replace, on a pro-rata basis at the then current price, any aluminum which deteriorates from normal usage within FIFTY (50) years from the date of delivery of the structure(s). The guarantee will not be valid if a Sprung technical consultant is not present during all erections and dismantling’s of the structure during the guarantee period or if any payments associated with the structure(s) are not made on time.
