WHAT FOODS SHOULD I EAT?
FOLIC ACID Folic acid is used to make the extra blood your body needs during pregnancy.
Taking a prenatal vitamin of folic acid before and during pregnancy can help prevent birth defects of your baby's brain and spinal cord.
WEIGHT GAIN DURING PREGNANCY
Higher birth weights present fewer risks for infants. Lower birth weights present more problems.
