Product Management > Product Listing

1. Select Pre-Order2. Determine period for pre-order sales. 3. Define shipping date for the pre-order product4. Fill up other necessary information as requested

Notes:1. Set selling period for new sales type after pre-order selling period is over (optional)For example, after 20 May 2015, this listing will automatically change to “New” Sales Type.

2. You can stock pre-order products that have been sold.

3. For pre-order products, orders are placed first, and shipping is processed after the products are stocked.

4. Receiving stock must be processed by the expected date to receive stock set when registering products.

5. The expected date to receive stock can be extended one time only, for maximum 15 days. The expected date to receive stock that you entered will be shown on Product Details.

Order Management > Pre-Order Details(once received order)

4. Select order5. Click:

i. Process as StockedSelect the order to process stocking completion and click [Process as Stocked (ready to ship out)]

OR

ii. Process Storage DelaySelect the order to process storage delay and click [Process Storage Delay]. Afterward, storage delay process is available by entering delay reason in process delay pop-up.Shipping Date can be delayed for 1 time, maximum 15 days.Credit score 1 point deduction for extending ‘Shipping Date’, 2 points deduction for delaying storage date for 4~7 days. If not stocked after storage date, credit score 1 point is deducted for regarded as storage delay. Entered storage date is notified on product details.

OR

iii. Process as CancelledCancel the order by clicking [Process as Cancelled] button with buyer's consent when shipping for the order is unavailable.• Notification for cancelation of sales is sent via e-mail and SMS.

5c. Once Process as Stocked (ready to ship out the item), order will go to Order Management > Shipping Management.

Seller has to key in necessary information such as shipping information. (kindly refer to slides (Shipping Management - Shipping Management)

Pre-order will not reflected in Payment Complete in Seller Office.

Payment Complete will only change once seller click Process as Stocked (Order Management > Pre-Order Details) - slide 6
